Can I make one grumpy man comment . Since 2009 I've been listening to you and in all that time I absolutely hate the slurping of the Chaga tea. Can you please, please mute yourself. I know its a small thing but for the love of Bruce Lee Clif its so bloody annoying. Yours sincerely Grumpy Man in Berlin(Deutschland)

I love Clif's slurping his chaga tea. In Japan, it's good manners to slurp.

we are not in Japan

I only stated the obvious

John Galt's avatar

Heh, while we are being pedantic, it is not remotely obvious that no one is in Japan. What if Corbett popped by?

Virrago Veritas's avatar

I was a student who asked questions because I wanted to grow my intellectual capacity and pattern recognition capabilities. You?

John Galt's avatar

I'm 68, I still do that, I am still a student. You should get that habit back.

Holy shit. I was checking my spelling.

It applies only to the last sip of the Ousu tea in a formal tea ceremony. Otherwise, I do not see Japanese people doing so.

I started drinking Chaga tea after seeing Clif telling about its benefits. Recently, however, I found out Chaga contains vitamin D2, not D3. So I stopped Chaga, and try to expose to the mid-day sunlight every day.

Lynn Cameron's avatar

Don't throw out the baby with the bath water! Keep up the chaga - it has a whole lot more benefit than just vitamin D. You are fortunate to even know about it and doubly so to be able to source it.

tinarock's avatar

Buddha Tea, which is widely available, makes excellent organic Chaga tea. Not expensive either.

Timster's avatar

true , i had to start growing it myself . its super hard to find cheap enough for me .but where theres a WILL theres a way . the adaptogens are important . i had someone give me a tincture when i was almost dead from heavy metals and pesticide poisoning. helped me recover with lots of detoxing . so yeah ya never know .

John Galt's avatar

You should do both, also the mid-day sunlight is ultra violet, however if you get the morning sunlight (infra red) as well it prepares you for the afternoon.

Audible punctuation. It's just a comma.

J Galbory's avatar

While you can't change the world you may be able to change yourself...you could train yourself to just ignore sounds you don't like...

You've probably had to accept worse as result of the way we are governed...

Guido's avatar

You may have misunderstood. Slurps don't bother me at all. Neither does fingernails on a chalkboard. There is almost no sound that bothers me much, except one, hard squeaky styrofoam. I barely notice the slurps because it is just a momentary pause in the dialog, like a comma.

John Galt's avatar

I was going to say semi colon, but a comma will do. No one uses the semi any more.

Guido's avatar

To be brutally fair, as a So.Cal high school ditch-monger and product of wasted youth, I failed English the majority of semesters, .... so I never started using the semi-colon to begin with.

But even I agree, the language has gone to the dogs.

John Galt's avatar

I failed English two years in a row. I read all the books but it was not my habit to do homework and you can't pass English without doing at least some writing.

Looking back, the only homework I did was building models for Architecture (got ~100%) and History of Inventions where I also excelled.

So I never started using the semi-colon to begin with.

Stewart Moore's avatar

Totally agree. I will change how I view and listen to the slurps in the future. I might even try to interrupt the different types of slurps for example a long slurp or short slurp and how the conversation goes after this. Whether a long slurp allows more thought in-between conversations or a short slurp helps him finish off his thoughts before that. It will be interesting!

John Galt's avatar

It's Morse code. If you take out the oratory and just string the slurps together you get the meaning of life, the universe and everything.

Joe k's avatar

I agree, probably because I was taught manners in Europa 80 years ago. Just stop the intake of air with your fluid. Thank you.

Guido's avatar

Europa manners equals never drinking hot liquids, ... or just being okay with burnt lip and tongue ??

I don't mind slurps, i just don't like hot liquids because I hate lip and tongue blisters, so I drink my coffee cold. No sips or slurps necessary, but gulps and chugs, .. yes.

Garth Williams's avatar

Manners are subjective and the world in which you learned those ways does not exist. It barely existsd when you were being trained in them.

John Galt's avatar

There is only the ever present now.

Garry Anderson's avatar

I agree. The slurping is very disrespectful to the listeners. There is no need for it, especially if you are aware of what you are doing. Similar to somebody who eats with his mouth open, chomp-chomp-chomp, for all of us to enjoy. Sorry Clif, but you are smart enough to be aware of what you are broadcasting. Please consider and be considerate.

tinarock's avatar

Wow. How petty can you get. Have you never slurped, Garry? Have you never eaten with your mouth open? Clif provides awesome information for free. Stop complaining.

Susan Gaura's avatar

Garry does not do a podcast that goes out for hundreds of supporters who respect him and his views. It is only common courtesy to respect the viewers as well. There is no shame in expressing profound displeasure in mannerisms which interfere with the enjoyment of said broadcast. Just because you don't mind his slurps, sniffs, snorts and belches, doesn't mean that others don't find them a distraction to his message, and Clif ought to know that he risks losing support by not being sufficiently considerate of his supporter's sensibilities. This is not a subject that Clif needs to be protected from by listeners; it actually demands that he respond. If he wants to be a "fucktard" about it, so be it.

Garth Williams's avatar

Clif can do the fuck as he pleases and you rude cunts just need to accept it or fuck off back under your rock.

Timster's avatar

im guessing hell tell ya to fuck off lol. lookin forward to his addressing your lack of appreciation of the actual info . fucktard , take care

Susan Gaura's avatar

If you are telling me it is my life's mission to be able to follow his ramblings along with his snorts, harrumphs, and farts: no it isn't. Maybe he wants to drive away all female energy because he had a bad marriage. Maybe he wants to make himself palatable to the likes of Heidi who might be listening. It is up to him and not fucktards like you to decide.

Timster's avatar

Why are you here even ??? lol im answering you but believe me i have no interest in your life whatsoever or what you do to be clear lol. good luck and take care tho

If one can take the log out of their own eye, they would no longer complain about the splinter in another's eye. The object is to change in you what effects you about others. You have the right and the authority to change that within you, you don't have the right nor the authority to change anyone else. When you get to where you no longer react to the slurp, or even hear it anymore, you have won the game. It really is that simple.

Lynn Cameron's avatar

OMG, Grumpy, I could not agree more! It feels like a slap in the face - like the listener is incidental to his rant. This habit of his pushes the same buttons for me as walking along in public while eating does for my Swedish cousins. Americans don't know & probably don't care how averse Europeans are to watching others walking along in public while stuffing their faces.

Garth Williams's avatar

The listener indeed is incidental to his rants and its nice that you ungrateful cunts finally clicked to this. None of you are the main character, most of you qre laughed at by those who actually know what's going on. Now back to your boomer mansions to rant about free shit.

Cancer is a body defense. It’s not a diseases as should not be treated, especially with drugs and chemo.

It’s the body telling us that we need to make changes. When we can make these changes, cancer goes into “sudden remission” — and why those who treat cancer with chemo, the ‘cancer’ always comes back.

Wife beat cancer in 2015 naturally with cannabis oil and other things. If I get it I woulds try an easier way.or do both...ivermectin, mebendazole, fenbendazole, see William Makis on X for info and dosing.

Denny Anderson's avatar

Up to 130 grams of oil consumed with a food carrier & eaten in a 3 month period is a common rec for the treatment of abnormal tumors. You see... The cannabis oil simply turns on the human bodies ability to heal in a very precise way. Each human cell has a cannabinoid receptor in it. When the body develops any sort of injury or abnormal growth, the body sends all the troops of white blood cells & healing properties. I found it to be nothing short of amazing IMHO. No... I am NOT a doctor. Only one for myself.

Making the oil is critical. Pure grain alcohol & cooked off in a double boiler method. Be careful! It's flammable when making it. No flames! No sparks.

I call mine Star Oil because there are very small microscopic glitters of green light in the oil when made right.

Be well

Bob Bichen's avatar

Hulda Clark would take issue with propyl alcahol. Her theory is that it enables the life cycle of parasites in the human body which causes cancer. However, in theory, the preparation of the oil boils it all off. You can make your own ethanol with a still from any alcoholic drink.

@Stewart Moore, You have to be cautious with whom you are putting your faith and practice in. As someone who has successfully Meditated, I can say I have search the internet for years and continue to do so, with out success of finding anyone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to MEDITATION. Be careful you do not want to spend years trying to Meditate, getting burnt out or disappointed because you are not accomplishing the results you expected.

Dr Willam Makis, here on substack, has been having amazing success treating end-stage patients with an ivermectin/fenbendiazole cocktail. That would be my choice these days.

Nevada Trumper's avatar

Dr. William Makis also developed a really cool radio-immunotherapy at Cross Cancer Institute at the University of Alberta, Edmonton. They fired him for doing great work, IMHO. He moved to the U.S. and started advocating the ivermectin/fenbendiazole protocol. What can one conclude? It would appear that anytime an alternate or novel state-of-art approach exhibits much greater success than traditional oncology, there is pushback by the establishment medical community. Although some alternate and new drugs are pushing through--unfortunately, it's as a last resort, not first-line choice. Corruption--at the levels of insurance company dictates, big pharma pressure, big government and more--are screwing with real lives and quality of life. Let's manifest a brave new world where the people decide what works and physicians respect their patients' opinions and choices.

Clif can help us manifest a world where common sense cures us! The placebo effect is real. Doing something that we believe will help us ramps up our immune systems, keeps us active and focused. Add to that real science that is not corrupted by greed and lust for power and we can live our best lives!!!

I followed Dr. Makis protocol for treating prostate cancer with ivermectin and fenbendazole, it was gone in 3 months.

Colleen's avatar

When I was a young nurse working on a research unit at Yale, I remember watching nurses don hazmat suits just to prepare the chemo they were going to inject into patients' VEINS. I said "No way will I ever do that".

It led me to explore a number of alternative modalities for treating cancer throughout my career - from Rife frequencies, Essiac tea, MMS to black salve (which I think is the caustic substance Clif is talking about. I have used it on skin cancers and it is an ugly process and leaves a scar, so I'd never ingest it).

The most recent modality I studied in the 20-teens was German New Medicine (all disease, not caused by toxins or traumas, starts in the brain) and while it is complex and involves a lot of neuro-biology and psychology, basically it has to do with how we react to the "biological conflict shocks" we are faced with and what the meaning the precipitating event has to us. So yes, it does start in the mind, but it involves our psyche, emotions, relationships, beliefs. prior experiences - more than just the mind.

Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer who discovered this in the late 70s started exploring the experiences and brain scans of his cancer patients after he and his wife both developed different cancers after the shooting death of his son (her's - breast, his- testicular, both had significance).

His discovery involved the location in the brain (our operating system) of concentric circles on the patients' CT scans that conventional medicine labeled "artifacts" (because they didn't know what they really were) were the answer to the whole thing.

It's a fascinating story, but the bottom line was by the time he was ready to reveal his findings to his colleagues he told them to give him 100 brain scans and he would tell them what kind of cancer, where in the body the tumor was and even the nature of the conflict shock, and if he got even one wrong, they could throw out the other 99. He got them all right.

But his findings would have been the end of lucrative conventional cancer treatments, so his career and life were basically destroyed by his chosen profession and the legal system. In subsequent years he was able to identify this same process occurring in any and all diseases, again NOT caused by toxins or traumas.

I intended for GNM to be my retirement career until "covid" and the jabs, which fall into the category of toxins, and I knew it would not be possible for me to work with clients who took them and got cancer to ascertain whether the source of their cancer was a conflict shock or the clot shots they took, esp. when the medical field was putting out BS stories like 30 year olds suddenly after 2021 were getting colon cancer from paleo diets.

GNM already only had a niche market of clients and I knew starting a practice in that environment would've been an uphill battle. But I learned a lot, and I STILL would never do "cut, burn and poison" to treat cancer regardless of what caused it. So cancer is an adaptive mechanism, not by the body, but by the brain transferring the distress to the body to allow itself the space and time to resolve the conflict shock. And depending on the meaning and severity of that shock to us, whether we're male or female, left or right handed (I said it was complicated!) we may or may not develop any illness.

Valora Kilby's avatar

As a practicing Pharmacist in the late 80's and early 90's, I worked in a hospital chemotherapy mixing room wearing protective clothing under a laminar flow hood to prepare toxic substances that would go into people's veins. One day, I asked myself, what are you doing and promptly left pharmaceutical practice all together, opting instead to begin a career working with horses. Since that time I have researched many methods of alternative healing--energy, light, herbal, etc. However, one comes to the realization that all healing comes from within, the modalities are just focal points. In addition, the mind-body connection is the source of all disease. Unaddressed traumas that trap energy in certain locations of our bodies are indeed the reason that we become ill. I am familiar with GNM and have listened to interviews with Danny Carroll. It is a complicated but successful process, probing deeply into the subjective mind and reprogramming perception.

We live in exciting times because these conversations are becoming more mainstream. Mass awareness is the key to change on all levels. We do not know what we do not know. In the next decade, the conventional system will give way to so many new realizations on how to treat the imbalances in our body that create disease.

Lynn Cameron's avatar

Thank you for this cogent explanation of GNM - a boon in modern times. My good friend combines it with Bioacoustics and delectable food at her retreat in NY’s Adirondack mtns - Lodge on Lake Clear.

Colleen's avatar

I applied the ivermectin paste to quite a few questionable skin lesions and seems to work fairly well (the 'horse' paste you can buy on amazon) -- works better on some than others. noticed a small dark spot on my ear over the weekend -- put the paste on before bed and it was completely gone the next day. others spots are way more reluctant to give way and still working on them. IDK if it is skin cancer or not --- spent a lot of time in the sun when young --- but do not want to find out, so treating them now.

Colleen's avatar

After I read this great suggestion (as I have a history of skin cancer) I tried your clever idea and I’ve found IVM is less effective than fenbendazole paste (also available on Amazon and comes in a larger syringe for about the same cost). But what is seeming to work even better than the paste alone has been the addition of nicotine patches. I got these when Dr Ardis was talking about them a couple years ago. I get the 21mg size and cut them into 6 equal size small patches (reducing the dosage to about 3.5mg each). I may cut them smaller depending on the size of the lesion I’m treating. The patches need to be used on clean dry skin to adhere, so I alternate the paste and a patch every other day to see which works better and to get the cumulative effects of both, and I think the Fenben and nicotine combo is working better on some more “stubborn” spots than the IVM paste did, or using either paste alone. I may resort to the patches alone, as I’m still experimenting. Thanks for the idea!

jwslaw's avatar

thank you very much Colleen. did not know about the FenBen paste or the use of nicotine patches. I bought some FenBen capsules last year but not tried them yet --- only the Ivermectin capsules that i took last fall to battle this congestion illness that was going around. seemed to help as well.

Valora Kilby's avatar

I have used Ivermectin paste as well as chaga tincture on skin "spots" and have found both to be effective.

jwslaw's avatar

unfortunately, beginning to notice this one spot on my forehead seems to re-appear after a few weeks without applying the paste, but just another night or two of use knocks it back to near unnoticeable. might try the chaga tincture as well -- have a big bag of the chaga powder from the Pure Bulk site. can you make the tincture with the powder chaga?

Valora Kilby's avatar

Yes you can make the tincture from the powder chaga, but it takes 4-6 weeks to get the best benefit of extracting the medicine from the powder. There are "how to's" on YouTube as well as recipes on-line. Mountain Rose Herbs in Oregon has a good product and it really doesn't take a lot. I use a q-tip and rub the tincture into the lesion. If you want to maximize the effect, you could rub the chaga in and follow it with DMSO, which would take the chaga deeper into the lesion. Here is the link to Mountain Rose's product.

The 1st leading cause of death in the United States is heart disease; people eating fatty foods. The 2nd leading cause of death in the United States is cancer. The 3rd leading cause of death in the United States is, doctors and hospitals.

It hurts me every time I hear of someone dying needlessly of cancer. Both my parents died as a result of colon cancer. My little brother died as a result of Melanoma, skin cancer.

If I’d have known then, what I know now, I could’ve helped them.

There is a little known book that is available on Amazon.com entitled, “The Bruess Cancer Cure”, by Rudolf Bruess.

This man developed a vegetable juice mixture that starves out the cancer cells while keeping the body nourished. This vegetable juice fast is for 42 days. (cancer cells live in the body only 42 days).

Mr. Bruess cured over 42,000 people of all different kinds and all stages of cancer.

I buy this book, 4 at a time, and give them to people. Best regards.

Eating fatty foods does not cause heart disease. Eating the wrong fats does. The rest of your post is good info. An important part of the Breuss (note spelling) Cancer Cure is the herb teas that are selected depending on the type of cancer. However, stress alone can make cancer incurable. One must completely let go before one can heal.
