I sometimes wondered what that “event stream” looked like,..so I took a picture of it. Below is only one of 14 thousand images of a 5 year long experiment i did.
I have listened to Cliff starting back about the year of 97’. By doing all that listening, reading all those Alta reports, and gaining a greater understanding,…i came up with an idea,…or the idea came up with me,…potato/ pota toe…any how….I began the experiment,..but not just any ol’ experiment…
A man showed up at my home in Lake Lure,N.C. one day.
Like my home,…he was no “ordinary” man. My home was sort of a iconic place in that town. It was called, “ “The Angel of the Lake”.
If curious,..one can Google it. I mention it because it was where i did most,.. but not all of the experiment. This experiment was about manifesting.
I asked this man what it was he wanted. He introduced himself as he struggled at 90 years old into my home,..not because of his age,..but because he had been given a polio vaccine at the age of 17 or 18.
“I've been to 109 countries. I've funded many archeological digs, funded some very interesting documentaries, went through Monroe Institutes programs, am a long time alumni member of M.I.T.,..he said”..and a bunch of other cool stuff.
“I came here to meet you. You see,….we can't figure out how you are doing what you do”.
“I have seen more than most,….but what you are doing….well,….would you please explain the (how)?
He went on to offer me a position at that college in Massachusetts, fully funded. I sat across from him,..not saying a word. I watched very closely at his body language, listened to each word very carefully and also heard inside my mind what he was not saying.
“Why do you want this, I asked. What is it that you really seek?
His answer was this…
“The world to a large degree, listen and follow what this institution says”. If you go,…I would like for you to be an instructor,…not to the students,..but to the professors. If you teach them what you do,..I think the world would change.”
I bent my head and said nothing then finally answered him.
I am not here for that. Sure,…it's a great offer and I humbly thank you for it,..I'm supposed to do something else. Those professors you've mentioned would not understand. They are akin to you….instutionanlized. They would claim something that would not be true. They would hook up wires and other shit to me…then a trap would be set,..so to speak. By now,…you've figured out I can see more than 3 feet in front of me…by now you also figured out more than what I'm conveying through mere words…yes?”
“Mr. Marshall Payne,…you are a very impressive man. You came all the way here to meet me…and you also knew I'd say no….yes?”
“You, sir…are not the only person who has come here to offer me something. You are only one of several. I do like you,..and thank you for your thoughts,…but it ain't time to release this information you seek to the public. That time will come,..but for now,…I have not completed the task I am neck deep in. It will take another 3 years to complete,…and then it'll have to sit alone,…like Cliff High's bread….to rise.”
He looked at me sideways and I knew that statement flew right over his head and I busted out laughing.
Eventually,..I did answer his questions of the “how” about two years from that moment. He could not at first understand the simplicity. I explained that most everyone can do what i do. They just dont know it. They are doing it every day, every moment, every second….but fail to steer or at least try to control it. They are manifesting thier own life,..be it good or bad. It all depends on how much effort or work they've applied to themselves. How much do they know of themselves. What do they see within themselves…not out there….but truly within. It is simple to say or in this case…write about it. Actually doing the work ,…your own work,..not others…is not simple. It takes everything you have ever been,..everything you are now ..and everything you will become,…and then some more.
I have imagined a lot of things that became reality. I had to learn to be very careful manifesting stuff. I had to learn through years of trail and error. I had to aquire a lot of calluses, scars, and broken bones.
I built a large pyramid in order to speed up the time it took to manifest. It was built on very precise measurements then I clad it in gold for conductivity. What actually happened was not what I expected.
I learned this through watching children…my children.
Back then…we didn't sit around watching TV or internet stuff. We played in this pyramid. The more we did…the more powerful it became.
I would watch my Son and Daughter put things inside this structure. They would ask me….Dad,…do you not see what is happening? Do you not see the those little spider web looking things. Do you not see it circulating around the objects you place inside?
“No…I can not,..but i believe both of you do. Let's put other things in there and see what happens.
A lot of times,..children at that age dont do the same thing for hours on end. One moment they are playing with a toy,..the next,…they are doing something else. Many times,..I would have to stop them from playing in this pyramid.
At first…I guessed we could capture an orb or something like that on a cheap digital camera….but that ain't what happened.
I put a total of 78 people in this pyramid…because I knew what would happen.
Everyone with the exception of 2 individuals would…”how can I explain this in the English language??”…jump time.
I put Doctors, scientist, rich people, not so rich people, intellectual folk, reduced intelligence folk,…in other words, i kept finding a common denominator,..and it was fascinating.
So,.. I set out to manifest something they said cain't be done…and it worked.
The image below was an experiment based on experiments witin experiments.
I would set up the set and setting. I used some really cool rocks to create a geometrical pattern both inside and outside this structure.
Then ,…I'd turn on a laser I use for building things, about 25 feet away.
Now I'm sure somewhere one could say L.E.D., Laser light, and fluorescent can do this because of appature settings of long exposure, causes this,…but i didn't fool with any settings except to put it night mode.
What i learned was not speeding up time to manifest things…I learned the pyramid was only the training wheels,…so I took em’ off.
Be careful what you manifest. It'll be starring you in the face pretty quick like,…then you'll have to figure out the…”Then What”.
That only took me 5 years to find that answer.

Mario, Even after reading both posts, I have no idea what you are talking about. What pyramid, what special size and what happened. Are we supposed to find that out thro9ugh some kind of osmosis? Either they are so obvious that normal people can't see them, or i am so dense I just don't get it.
I am new to this platform…we'll start right there. That being the case…it took time to figure out how to import images of what i referred to in my 2 post.
As I went back over things…only one of the pictures landed correctly.

Mario, thanks! I am an old fart and i don't know how to post pictures or threads or even how to work my substack. I think I have one but how does one transfer stuff that they put onto something like this blog onto the substack, I just reply to what I see here and if i were to just transfer it to a substack without organizing it, it would not make much sense. Just a bunch of random thoughts tied together with the way I think. Most of what I write is in response to other people's ramblings, and not on some specific thought. Thats what I did regarding this place. I drew it in 99’. Talked about it, tore magazine articles out and pasted them everywhere….then rinsed and repeated until it was starring me in the face.

If one is going to manifest,...it pays to prepare way ahead of time....meaning one needs to be able to handle what comes with it.

I built a new steel water wheel that is 18 feet tall, 57 feet in diameter and weighs 4000 lbs.

Yes, I recently listened to another podcast with quite a different take. Based on Bibhu Dev Misra’s book “Yuga Shift – The End of the Kali Yuga and the Impending Planetary Transformation," just NOW we are coming to the end of 2700 yr Kali, and entering a 1200 yr transition phase called Expyrosis. I don't put stock in either timeline. Proof is in the pudding and right now things are looking pretty dark still. Just saying.

You can absolutely manifest a car with exacting detail. Seen it. Done it. In fact, the whole process Neville Goddard teaches is that in order to manifest, one must create an extremely detailed image in mind of what one wants. Get specific.
I too have manifested a very specific car twice. Once not by the way I had hoped, in fact it was after I had an accident in the brand new car I could afford that I was able to get the desired car so yeah. Second was by way of getting a “work car” so that was cool but ended once the job did. Im not able at the moment to insert the images within the book itself, but the writings turned out fairly accurate, but each chapter has redundancy.
I live on a sizable farm on the backhills of Kentucky. It's a unique place being it has an authentic Gristmill thar dates back to the 1850's.

I started that manifesting thing about it in 99'...Then found it 10 years later.
If one is going to manifest,...it pays to prepare way ahead of time....meaning one needs to be able to handle what comes with it.
I try to remember to ask myself "then what"...3 times before putting my hand on that plow. It's one thing to aquire ones hearts desires,....it a whole nother' thing to be able to match it's frequency or vibration.
I built a new steel water wheel that is 18 feet tall, 57 feet in diameter and weighs 4000 lbs.

Night after night,...week after week and month after months, I'd be under a welding hood until the wee hours of the morning. While under that hood,...I'd think....what will it feel like when I'm finally finished?
I did my best to not just weld steel with 6 ten pound rolls of .035,....I imagined I was welding my thoughts into that metal.
The moral of the story is this...be very careful of what you think, say, do and want.
If done correctly with the right emotions,...a symbiosis between man and material matter can occur.
I can "feel"..this place is very glad I'm here. It sat alone for many decades,...waiting for my arrival.

Here’s the thing that is bothering me about this whole issue: the Star forts that are built all around North America look like perfect examples for the Ottoman Empire or before. In fact maps from the late 1400’s show the “Native people” in the attire of the Ottoman Empire. My theory is that these were the first people who built the nation and were wiped out by a flood that created the Great Lakes and the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Yes, I recently listened to another podcast with quite a different take. Based on Bibhu Dev Misra’s book “Yuga Shift – The End of the Kali Yuga and the Impending Planetary Transformation," just NOW we are coming to the end of 2700 yr Kali, and entering a 1200 yr transition phase called Expyrosis. I don't put stock in either timeline. Proof is in the pudding and right now things are looking pretty dark still. Just saying.

Sri Yukteswar's cyclical model was of 24,000 years - containing all the yugas, both ascending and descending. Some other interpretations might differ from this exact length of time. So his model could be halved to 12,000 years each for ascending and descending. After Kali Yuga (the shortest) is the Ascending Dwapara, which is 2,400 years. That means on the other side of the cycle, the Descending Dwapara is also 2,400 years.

As far as TB guys, Michael Clarage seems to have a good perspective on the consciousness of heavenly bodies, a universe in which earth is a member of the solar family, not a target for its parent star's unpredictable wrath, the way mainstream scientists and even Ben think. There's a lot more nuance going on between sun and all its family. And Yes there is evidence of global catastrophes on all the planets, so not to say it's all love and plasma.
Haha I carry a similar "burden" following Clif, the TB guys and also Ben. IMO Ben is a prepper doomsayer, but I find him useful purely to report what happened on the sun (stopping short of his near daily predictions of catastrophe).

You can absolutely manifest a car with exacting detail. Seen it. Done it. In fact, the whole process Neville Goddard teaches is that in order to manifest, one must create an extremely detailed image in mind of what one wants. Get specific.
I too have manifested a very specific car twice. Once not by the way I had hoped, in fact it was after I had an accident in the brand new car I could afford that I was able to get the desired car so yeah. Second was by way of getting a “work car” so that was cool but ended once the job did. My advice, it can most certainly happen but please do be very careful what you wish for and very careful with the language you use.

Clif, I remember years ago, your data said government would cease to exist eventually, yet now you speak ask as if government’s still in the picture going into the future!?
