I wore this frock coat in Washington, before the war. We wore them because we belonged to the five civilized tribes. We dressed ourselves up like Abraham Lincoln. We only got to see the Secretary of the Interior, and he said: "Boy! You boys sure look civilized.!" he congratulated us and gave us medals for looking so civilized. We told him about how our land had been stolen and our people were dying. When we finished he shook our hands and said, "endeavor to persevere!" They stood us in a line: John Jumper, Chili McIntosh, Buffalo Hump, Jim Buckmark, and me — I am Lone Watie. They took our pictures. And the newspapers said, "Indians vow to endeavor to persevere."
We thought about it for a long time, "Endeavor to persevere." And when we had thought about it long enough, we declared war on the Union
One of the greatest Westerns ever. The characters were to perfection and the story line excellent too. I see so few movies I don't generally have them in my head fro cultural reference, but that was an excellent effort in film-making, aye.
Clif, your wife is waiting for you in a far green country, under a swift sunrise. You must miss her terribly during this separation. Know that you are very important to all of us and we hold you in our awareness.
FYI Woo Croo no chemtrails for a few days now in Sacramento region. They air was so pure and fresh it almost smelled as good as a fresh cup of coffee from java Jo Jo John.
I hope I’m still flexible enough to deal with what’s coming. I wish I could be as excited as you. Seaweed sounds interesting. I chose trees of antiquity. For my food forest. I planted a lot. They look good. Not much fruit/nut/berries yet. It didn’t get cold enough last winter. Take care.
The very best cookies that I have ever made/had were like Ginger Snaps, only with pure fresh maple syrup instead of the sugar. You might want to give it a try? Yummy !!
I'm using maple syrup with my mom's famous ranger cookie recipe next batch instead of brown sugar. Why in the heck didn't I think of that Suezanne. Sp?
I've turned into a cookie monster maker. Stocked up on a ton o' grub a few years back & have the full gamut of organic grains, from hard red, soft winter white, amaranth to kamut, quinoa, corn, barley, lentils, peas, etc, etc, etc. Hell, gotta stop or I'll put me to sleep too. Flour Power!
Anyway, got a nice grain grinder too, all the grain in mylar w/oxygen absorbers and I've been making so many cookies I worry about not having any for a midnight munch so I batch up a week's worth every Sunday evenibng while listening to my favorite radio show.
I'm having a ball experimenting & exploring. I'll try your snap recipe, I will.
Have you tried growing your own amaranth? It has become my favorite plant to accent with in my garden beds. It comes in a variety of vibrant shades of red to a toasted biscuit color and I get the seeds from all over, including Baker Creek.
I appreciate the suggestion, but I live in coastal Alaska at the furthest north point of the Gulf of Alaska, so here in the northernmost temperate rain forest it's more a matter of harvesting protein on the hoof, wing, or fins/shells.
My situation is such that mobility has become a significant problem after 50 + years at sea on northern waters, a price is being paid for all of the deck dancing in rough weather; my point being I'm an old wreck and will pay for someone else to grow my carbohydrates for me.
I will say, it's been a grand adventure, 74 years a lifer Alaskan.
OMG. I thought you were joking! My goodness we have a tie and I'm going to do the honorable gesture and relinquish my narcissistic ego of first comment to the actual winner. Tip, ladies and gentleman somehow trotted in like a premadonna and after rebiew of the photo finish, Tip had me by a whisker.
Good, that takes all the pressure off me and my congratulations!!! 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆
Wait a minute there Tip. Looks like Rachel Fisher aka Red was in the photo finish. She must have come from behind in a last minute surge. This is a tough crowd. She got beautiful red hair and green eyes so I'll let you draw the staws for the winner because she appears to have a hair lock in front of your whisker.
Mmmm sounds like you and Red are very close. I mean the way you describe her beautiful red hair and green eyes. I'm just not going to get in between something that may not have even manifested. So you take all of the trophies and give them to her. At least I had honesty going for me and admitted publicly to the clan that I hadn't read (I didn't waste time even looking that it was an audio file) to be the first to comment. Maybe tomorrow!
Thanks, Clif, for this one. It really helps put it all into perspective for me. I have been wondering the best way to explain what we are going through to others who are freaking out about this, that and the other thing. I am 77, trying to keep it together physically for the next few years - out of curiosity - not sure I want to stick around for too much more chaos. But, your explanation makes me pause - maybe it would be worth it. Onward!
Cancer claimed my spouse a month ago. We were both 78 and together we refused to take any vaccs. He left the world with full knowledge of what he knew to be right for him will also be right for me. Onward Cliff, we see a light.
isnt it probable that one of the space alien groups is responsible for controlling the very buttheads politicians and wealthy elite wrecking our society and economy?
If indeed they are, as some of us have long suspected, actually demons, that could be at least a part of the answer as to why things frequently go so badly. I suspect that we are always at choice, and can either avoid/refuse to act upon those demonic suggestions or not. I also suspect that some of those suggestions are fated to be fulfilled via our following through with them so that we can learn an important lesson by doing so.
Thunderbolt and Lightfoot was a 1974 movie I believe. How was the junior in high school then. A buddy of mine nicknamed me thunderhoof for some reason and I went with it
ENDEAVOR TO PERSERVER Chief Dan George/Lone Watie

I absolutely loved "The Outlaw Josie Wales!" I have lost count how many times I've watched Clint in this role! Loved it!
Nice. Mind sharing a link to this (if there's more available) if one might be handy?
Thanks.

Unfortunately, Florida was COVERED with them this week :(
Sirius becomes visible on Sept 11th. Yes 9/11. And we thought 911 attack was because of our dialing 911 for an emergency.

Clif seemed enthusiastic today
Has Cliff ever shared his data models or how he aggregates all his data?

I have a forest. Think the lack of cold will affect sap flow? I want to try making some maple syrple. I'll be planting lots of berries too.
Mmmm, berries.

But dreams of doing/growing, yes I will. Dream.
Be well and think positively.
They are Berry nice
So long as you don't get berry berry.
I tried growing some Wonder berries from Baker Creek seeds this past year. They did pretty well. I always have tons of raspberries around the house.
I have big black raspberries growing near a pond. They're pretty good, I'll encourage those to spread out.
Love their seeds.
And at the same time, your vision of your home and the joy in your voice as you describe your plans is remarkably beautiful.
Thank you Clif!

Delightful to hear Clif on the road again making self-harmonizing music with his friends. Thank you, Clif!

thats basically who i was inferring but i assume there are ALSO alot in the 5 eyes /G8 countries that are also controlled but are unlikely one of THEM
Look who's number one
All I heard was the Thunder of hooves Passing Me By
Is that a character from the Spirit movie? Or is a Horses version of Cats coming to Broadway?
It was THUNDERBOLT and Lightfoot.
Hell, you're a little older than me, you should know that movie...
Thunderbolt and Lightfoot was a 1974 movie I believe. How was the junior in high school then. A buddy of mine nicknamed me thunderhoof for some reason and I went with it
I was born in 1973...
First movie I saw in the theater was Snow White and I pissed my dad's lap when the wicked witch showed up.
Oh, SHIT!
Sending love. Thanks Clif 💗
Shit Tamrock, we're you 1st comment??
