What just rattled my brain was Cliff's reference to Robert Plutchik (https://en.wikipedia.org//wiki/Robert_Plutchik). In a difficult time of my life, I used his "Wheel of Emotions" to really figure things out. I even wrote some 3D rendering code to create an image of "what's going on upstairs". Love Cliff's stuff because it challenges conventional thinking. Cheers!
