The best one which work for me is to completely cut off ANY and ALL interactions with normie media.
Anything which is broadcast for consumption by the normies should be treated as "contaminated" by any truther or anon.
I've seen this in action, I cutoff my cable tv in 2008 but completely stopped watching MSM news since 2005. I've noticed one thing, anytime I watched even a SINGLE news program or story I started to feel a sense of depression, anxiety and fear of the future.
It wasn't any particular story but anything to do with current headlines and I always felt bad afterwards.
I've come to believe the old conspiracy theory of subliminal programming and I do think there is something to that theory.
The best thing to do is to stay completely off of normie media including modern entertainment (post 2015) especially the woke crap being put out there.
Social media has some milder effects since it's much more difficult to translate subliminal effects into social media through words and text alone.
The other thing to be very, very careful of...hopium peddlers.
We all know what they are, scammers and grifters who sell false hope and messages laced with hopium to get you completely hooked on the "truth" they are peddling.
Much of it is probably small time grifters but there are those who are big enough that they're very well probably backed by Cabal money and manpower.

Here is one site which is a good barometer to watch...Truth Social.
It's a site which has been labelled verboten to the normies by the MSM.
Unlike Twitter, TS has never been seen as anything other than a bastion for MAGA supporters and Truthers(conspiracy theorists).
TS is what I would call an intermediate site, not like normie Twitter but not for the fully awakened and certainly not like sites full fledged Anons frequent.
As for normie numbers, percentages are deceptive.

4% more normies awakened may sound disappointing but it's not that simple.
A 4% increase in awakened normies doesn't translate into a direct 4% increase in activity on social media networks, it translates into something more akin to a 25-30% increase in social media activity because networks like social media are non-linear in nature.

Grade 8 we had a teacher, Mr. "Worm". He made all the girls cringe, walk up behind us, hover over us, in our space, etc. We were too young to understand the body language vs predator thing but we knew he had creepy energy. I don't know who started it but we started staring at the fly of his pants...every class. Giggle like his fly was down. More & more of us, it spread to all his classes. Before long he couldn't stand at the front of the room, he'd sit behind his desk to lecture. He ended up having a "nervous breakdown" and left the school. Crazy how the kids understood how to take him down. I wonder what we have to do to Trudeau..... ?
