This boggles my mind! Another form of Clifs-Notes? :-) I also would like to copy and substitute wording for Indiana's representatives on State & Federal level. I've been writing the turkeys in D.C. for over 40 years and it just does not get through to their thick skulls. Maybe this will work.
Thank you for the inspiration Clif! I'm beginning a letter concerning Emergency Powers, seems to me that without these self-appointed powers of rule making and enforcement there would be less destructive compliance.

Can I take your words and slightly modify them and send them to the corrupt officials in Illinois?
certainly. As you wish. Remember to be careful not to scare them. Legislators are generally weak minded & frighten easily, like bunnies.
Go for it - But I would also add to the comment by Clif, below,... choose your words carefully, to not alter the LEGAL intent or interpretation.
