It sure does. Quite literally. I took training in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shiatsu massage. I was trained to move energy with my attention as well as my hands. Anyone can do it with practice, it was not a special gift. Clients could feel the energy move, breaking up stuck energy on the meridians, even though I wasn't always actually touching them.
Got into video games until learning/grocking them, after which most games are a rehash of the existing genera . Games can be first person shooters not my kind of game or Strategy - large armies. I bought a Hershey bar the other day, the one you got for 5 cents when I was a kid, and had to fork over $2.80. Back then, our bikes were our cars and we went all over without any kind of fear. My mother made many of our clothes and was a fabulous seamstress. My memories are of us watching TV at night...Lucy, Gunsmoke... with her sewing machine whirring. We went to church every Sunday and confession on Saturday evening. I had to make up sins sometimes because I ran out.

As a student of martial arts I used to attend all sorts of martial arts matches--which I always found more thrilling than conventional sports. I don't know if they are still available, but there were amazing videos of Chinese masters flipping half a dozen or so young students with great ease. They were not using strength, but chi as they spun around with great ease, moving so fast it was hard to believe it wasn't CGI.
And there was an incident of a martial arts master (I think he was over a hundred) killing several young hoods when he was attacked by a gang. When you study, you learn several death blows preventatively. With aikido, you learn to deflect your opponents energy and turn it against him. When I studied Hoshino therapy,we learned exercises for building chi so we could use this energy to heal people.
I met a guy in New Orleans during mardi gras who was listed as the highest level akaido master in the western world. Lived in (Tanganyika) In the early 50s. A Ganzy was the long brightly coloured all covering garment worn by African people. Still use the word sometimes to refer to getting dressed - I’ll just put my ganzy on.

I can buy into your concept. Ascension and descension cycles have been a part of a number of different philosophies and would seem to make sense. I do not buy into your timing.
I am 76 years old. I grew up in a town of 50k northwest of Chicago. I remember:
1. No interstate expressways or shopping malls
2. No branch banking
3. Being a cub scout and marching in Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Armistice Day parades
4. Growing up in a peer group that could hardly wait to leave home and be on their own
5. Buying a piece of candy at the neighborhood grocery store for 1 cent, and shopping for meat at the local meat market
6. Being a middle class family with 1 car
7. Walking to school. Buses were for athletic teams traveling away.

9. Looking for someone who had access to the latest Playboy edition

I did most of those things and I'm your age. I didn't look for Playboy until Jimmy Swaggart's expose in the 80's. We passed that one around! Such hilarity. SNL did a terrific sendup of his plastic tears apology. I took ballroom dancing when I was in 6th grade and had to dance with a ghastly boy who would pick his nose and then grab my hand. Talk about retro, in the mid-90's I was looking for a map as I was driving with my mother and the one in her glove box didn't have the interstates on it. I bought a Hershey bar the other day, the one you got for 5 cents when I was a kid, and had to fork over $2.80. Back then, our bikes were our cars and we went all over without any kind of fear. My mother made many of our clothes and was a fabulous seamstress. My memories are of us watching TV at night...Lucy, Gunsmoke... with her sewing machine whirring. We went to church every Sunday and confession on Saturday evening. I had to make up sins sometimes because I ran out.
But before we get too carried away by nostalgia, we have to remember that the 50's was a time when cabal control was near total in our culture and would hatch out of the woodwork to kill a president and begin the terrible time just culminating now. It was all hidden. Now we see it. Back in those days though they had to give us the potential for a reasonably happy and apparently free life. Now they don't bother.
Jimmy Swaggart did visit several decades ago my neighbor town Waldbach in Germany, to see his relatives and revisit his ancestry. He talked so much s....t that he almost got his rear end beat. By the way, Swaggart is the Americanized version of Schweikert.

He was an interesting case. Holy roller for sure with a penchant for tawdry sex. He got in trouble in New Orleans at a famous prostitution strip on Airline Highway. He got caught by a rival televangelist. The funny part in the Playboy was that he wouldn't actually have sex but preferred to do selfies while he watched women girate and expose themselves. He blubbered his way out the first time, begging for forgiveness, but his fundamentalist followers weren't amused the second time around. He did do an honorable thing though, when he went out onto a public stage despite harm to his image, when his cousin Jerry Lee Lewis was drunk and stoned and falling around during a performance. He got Lewis together and carried him off the stage. It was in the movie about him. Gotta give him props for that.
They know that, although it is slower, it is easier in terms of lives and treasure to destroy a society from within - for example, by subverting the constitution and all its institutions - than it is to destroy it in a full-frontal assault.

Sri Yukteswar Giri, the author of the reference material presented is interesting. However, he was much criticized in India for parting ways with the well honored ancient tradition of yoga. . He was responsible for sending is disciple Yogananda to America to establish the Self Realization Fellowship organization in Los Angeles. Most followers are not aware of Yogananda's two sided lifestyle of which as a supposed holly man and the other as a guy who banged several women including a married woman who delivered his son Ben Erskine. He never took responsibility and allowed her to fall into a horrible existence. She was the professional photographer that took the portrait photos the organization sells to the public. So much to say about this fraud.
Well TY, that was information I did not yet have. All of us are challenged by various things/people/thought/beliefs down here and do fall short of our and others' high expectations. I know that I have myself. But I keep getting back up and getting back in the game. Forgive and move on .....

I agree that most "morals" are human, relative, and often just serve as a platform to judge....or worse. But we all know goodness from evil. We all know a high vibe like love and caring from hate, neglect, anger, and other low vibes. That discrimination isn't relative, we all feel those things unless we're emotionally blunted like some of our sociopath cohort. As to Yogananda's behavior, all I can say is that I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of it. Who would? Sex with various partners is, well, loaded, and goes off like a cannon at times. Is it "wrong"? The act itself is neutral...until it hits the fan of human meaning and then look out, because sex is NEVER neutral there. Whether it's right or wrong maybe isn't the most pertinent question.

There are folks whose energy is such a blessing that having sex with them just once can be a frequency and life changer.
There are also so-called spiritual teachers who fuck their disciples while sucking their energy up and leaving their own garbage with them.
I have no clue about Yogananda, his energy never appealed to me so I didn't dive into it and 'checked him out'. Also don't know what about the story with his child is true or not.
Thus, I simply have to refrain from all evaluation on his behavior.
Fact is: for women who represent the receptive energy in an intercourse with a man, more 'sticks' than it does for the man. They receive his energy and may carry it with them for the rest of their lives if they don't consciously release it. Hence, choosing partners well is of highest importance^^.

As a student of martial arts I used to attend all sorts of martial arts matches--which I always found more thrilling than conventional sports. I don't know if they are still available, but there were amazing videos of Chinese masters flipping half a dozen or so young students with great ease. They were not using strength, but chi as they spun around with great ease, moving so fast it was hard to believe it wasn't CGI.
And there was an incident of a martial arts master (I think he was over a hundred) killing several young hoods when he was attacked by a gang. When you study, you learn several death blows preventatively. With aikido, you learn to deflect your opponents energy and turn it against him. When I studied Hoshino therapy,we learned exercises for building chi so we could use this energy to heal people.

One occasion when a newly acquired llama I had just bought decided to sized me up, puting her head over the fence to gently touch. My head.
