Try a sous vide. Put yogurt in a qt jar inside a gallon ziplock (it may overflow the jar). Also, start it in the morning or late in the evening. At 36 hrs, starting at 2pm means it's done at 2am. Not convenient!

Inulin is a soluble fiber, found in certain foods and as a supplement. BAD stuff, if you have any stomach/gut issues.

I have some stomach issues, including bloating... inulin is horrible for anyone with such issues.
Insulin is eaten by l. reuteri and after 36 hours dieoff begins because no more food/ insulin is left.

We have to remember that the places that had hyper inflation didn't have the world currency reserve. Thus their local economies experienced hyper inflation. A lot of dollars that have been printed are either deflationary debt, or they have gone overseas (like Ukraine money laundering) When more countries join BRICS and the US dollar isn't needed abroad so much, then all those overseas dollars come back and cause hyper inflation in the US.

That cold humid foggy grey weather is the most depressing and uncomfortable weather to me.
Folks who live in the far NW and NE have much thicker skin than me. LOL
I’m from the southwest but have spent the last 35 years in the GNW and, while the grayscale existence that prevails for 8 months out of the year can be slightly depressing, the climate is excellent for the skin and hair. Get a cat or two--they’ll hang out with you and make the extra time you spend in semi hibernation very snuggy, along with a good book. With the right attitude, one can make the most out of winters here. 😊🐱🐈
