I ate a radish. Leaves and all. Not counting herbs, that radish was the first thing I've ever eaten that I grew myself. I'm not sure what borage is, although I have heard the word, but if Pliny says it's good it must be.
Ive struggled with Borage. Start it indoors and it germinates but after it looks like a healthy little herb it starts wilting, shriveling and dies. Maybe direct seed would work better.

Learn about wild purslane too! it grows just about anywhere, is prolific, and very good for us.
Luckily, I have wild purslane pop up everywhere in the summer! I havenāt gotten myself to enjoy it much, how do you fix it?
