I smoked some last year and I forgot who and what I was, when I returned my hands were moving in perfect symmetry to a pulse that I had become one with, outside of myself. My hands were doing perfect indian mudras, I had no idea what they were at this time. I know because I looked up ancient hand symbols after this trip, and learned the word Mudras. I don't know what I connected to that made me do that. I was not moving intentionally, nor can I replicate these movements sober. Almost like my mind went somewhere else and my body moved on its own. I am still drawing blanks until this day.

My acupuncturist uses hand mudras to diagnose illness by muscle testing. May be interesting to research mudras within TCM traditional Chinese medicine as TCM has documented protocols going back further than other histories. 5,000 years beyond etc.
Ah, a new lead....I did not know tcm also did mudras. This is super interesting because I wonder if what happened to me could be applied medically, or if it already has.... I wish I was filming my experience but I only caught the hand movements when I came back to myself and when I realized it was happening it slowly dissipated in almost few seconds. It works fantastic for going to sleep, I can say I put my head on the pillow and had ro close my eyes, no resistance. I did not notice any dry mouth at all! The taste is very minimal it's very nice. I recommend for anybody who needs sleep and is tossing and turning.
It's the healing your body does during good sleep that is the most valuable. So even though I don't care much for strawberry flavored milk- I can drink 4 oz for the benefits I get.
I agree, I never typically use milk now a days. But I can make an exception if I need sleep. Also goes great in water
