A while back I came up with a way to defeat/disable those Boston Dynamics' Terminator Dogs -- powerful magnets. You just know they plan to harass us with those things, that's why they feel so confident now. If you stick a big enough magnet to one of those things, it will go haywire.
I was thinking of magician's magnets, but I looked up your suggestion and fishing magnets look even more perfect! Maybe a spear gun delivery system with modified spears?
