Clif I took your advice about manifesting very seriously when I asked the universe for a job, the one thing I held on too and was really the only qualifier was it was close to home. I’m now on my second day of work at a DOD contractor that is literally 5 mins from my home, and in a good traffic day it’s only 3 mins home! Thank you for you sage advice! Exactly why I don't do cruises. My first cruise encountered the first hurricane of the year! I got the bends, and lived through my first dive at St Thomas. The Diver in charge did everything by the book, but I had an unknown tiny hole in my heart apparently that caused it. I had a head banger head ache for three days and rocked for three months on shore, all 18 years ago! Thankfully not far enough back to suit me. Looking forward to what's next!!!! At least it's not boring. I will NEVER do it again!

On every cruise ship there are several professionals on the bridge at all times while at sea. Italian maritime officers usually come with navy background and therefore are on first name basis with every large rock around the boot. Others must have seen that they were going too close to the rock, it could not have been only up to Comandante Francisco. All crew are seriously trained for emergencies, their lifes depend on it. I do not buy the disarray theory. Every crew member onboard in 2012 had to have STCW95 safety certification and they have a physical safety drill every week. Some may panic, but basically everybody has special task and knows what to do. I was a crew member on other ships and have done the certifications and drills, so I know that it's not a joke. It really offended me when MSM was blaming everything on the untrained crew. I rather would follow the money. If there was a conspiracy, maybe you picked the scent from it.
