Supplements in my diet.
Old bodies need maintenance.
There was a request from an old guy as to what supplements are in my diet. Here is an annotated list.
This is my 70th year on this goofy rock.
In the morning, before eating I do enzyme therapy by taking Nattokinase & Wobenzym before breakfast. Doing so means that the enzymes will be entering the blood & not get used up in the stomach. The Nattokinase cleans out microclots & debris in the blood & brain. The Wobenzym does the same with extraneous proteins that accumulate in the joints. I take it exactly for that reason, 59 years in martial arts builds up damage in the joints. The Wobenzym will eliminate the need for any NSAIDs for general ‘grit’ in the joints causing pain or discomfort. The Wobenzym (if I remember) will be taken 45 minutes before lunch & dinner (usually I can remember to do before lunch, but also usually forget before dinner). I am on a maintenance dose level now as all the joints are feeling loose & grit free, so missing a few in a week does not really affect my movement.
With breakfast, I will have a teaspoon of pure Cayenne pepper for the heart & circulation effects (usually in eggs), but also as it boosts performance through out the day. I will have another teaspoon with lunch. If convenient, I will have a third teaspoon with dinner.
I will take vitamin capsules with breakfast:
Vitamin A, E (with tocotrienols), B12, B Complex, C (liposomal 4+ grams a day), D (10,000 iu with K), DHEA, Boron, Zinc (14 to 1 with Copper), and Niacin.
In the evening, I have Iodine (6 drops or so) in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of hot water.
Throughout the day, coffee. And at least one cup of Chaga tea, usually with garam masala added. I cook with garam masala & lots of other spices, though I avoid garlic & onions due to their impact on peptides in the body.
I also use L. Reuteri yogurt daily. L. Gasseri yogurt every few days.
This is a lot of supplements. (sigh) It is a real chore, but once in a routine, not too bad to keep up. I am 70 years old & really physically beat up. Many surgeries over my life & thousands of sutures all leaving scars. The Wobenzym & nattokinase reduce the grit in the damaged joints, but also reduce thickening & stiffness in the scars. The stiffness of the joints is taken away by the enzyme therapy.
In addition I will take prescribed testosterone replacement therapy, as well as peptides. The peptides are for prostate, muscles, & pineal gland. These are purchased at vita-stream.com. Every so often I will add the peptide for eyes for a while to clear out the vision.
So far this is working to keep me out of the gears of the vast industrial medical machine that grinds up humans, so it is worth it.
Oh, also, i & the doggos have 1 tsp of honey with propolis. pollen, and royal jelly in it every morning. i use honey for my chaga tea. The doggos will get another teaspoon of honey in the afternoon in the Fall & Winter.
The doggos also get chaga extract in their water. Both the dogs & i will take fenbendazole every few months for 4 days at the rate of 222mg per day. This is a prevention level dose, not a treatment level dose.
i don’t sweat cancer, & do not test for it. The thing about that is that all humans are cancer survivors, as all our bodies create cancer cells due to pollution et al constantly. The idea is to just do things that get rid of it & to never involve ourselves with oncologists who always freak out over finding any cancer cells. Their idea that you can be completely cancer cell free in this day and age is bogus. Best you can do is to not let the cancers take ‘root’.
i will take some C60 on occasion.
i don’t drink. Will some years have wine at 2 oz with dinner in late Spring though early Summer, but mostly that has fallen away now that i have the L. Reuteri yogurt & the gut biome is good. If it is way fierce Winter, & i am out on the water & come back cold as a democrat’s heart, i will have a 1 oz shot of Aberfeldy Single Malt as a chaser for 4 oz of water with 1 ml of Cayenne extract. That warms a body up!
Being well, in this fucked up humanity, takes real work. Don’t be a slacker. Best of the wars & release language is just ahead.
A day without Clif is like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and realizing you don't have a f ing clue about life. AHHHHHHH!
Thanks to the COVID hoax I added NAC to promote my natural glutathione levels nature's best antioxidant.
