Yay. Get to play my favorite drinking game - how many times will the name Heidi be mentioned?😉😂

Rara's avatar

I honestly don't think talking about your latest boo in podcasts is a good thing to be frank. You may be head over heels in love, but no one else is in that relationship. It can get a little boring to hear someone talking about their lover non stop. Just saying. Keeping it real. And then if they break up...... YIKES!

Laura's avatar

I'm waiting for Heidi to start channelling and Clif to declare that all channellers are now not mentally ill because Heidi explained to him how it is legit.

shibumi's avatar

I haven't listened to Clif in months, and he sounds very different than in did in Jan/ Feb. Sounds very, very tired.

Te Burt's avatar

I thought he sounded calmer. He's about to move, lock, stock and doggos, in a matter of days and has been packing, so yes, he has said he is tired. But I've noticed since he and Heidi are an item, less stress and just a different tone. Has anybody else noticed?

Tim Lynch's avatar

He appears happier in his heart ...

Snunya B. Inniss's avatar

Yes, and moving, especially from a long term dwelling SUCKS! Even if you’re not in your seventies and have cheated death multiple times.

I think Clif has a son, probably middle-aged. A new child would be awesome! If Heidi's up for that :)

BTW, if Heidi marries Clif, she will be Heidi High! Woo Hoo!

Heidi Vandenberg's avatar

Neither of us have any kids nor want them. Lol

Mary's avatar

LOL, hadn't thought about that! I have said that phrase so many times in my life, generally for fun. I like it.

Tim Lynch's avatar

But, he is happier in his heart - he also does not swear as much too - he is in his 70's - we slow down ...

BasiaGrace's avatar

Good Grief. All the goofy haters In here making negative comments because Clif is HAPPY!

If you don’t want to listen to him share his present joy-don’t listen.

It’s his substack and he can share whatever he flipping wants to.

Those same people ( the complainers) are the kind that frequent a restaurant that serves horrible food but keep returning because the portions are huge.

Idiots!

Rara, you sound a little bitter, why can't you be happy for cliff, tut tut

It's clear you never knew LOVE. Disgusting thoughts you have.... You should not judge anybody's life since you know NO details. So sad we live in a world where love is so belittled when it is the most important part of human life... or should be. It is v rare to see a man speaking openly and frequently about his love!! I respect that, it's LOVELY. I was also blessed to have such a husband, a MAN who was strong, brave, honest and enjoyed speaking about our love and preferred to be with me more than any other person. A MAN who could not care less about sport events, guys, teevee, never drank alcohol... all he wanted was to be with me. I respect Clif more now - he is not ashamed to declare his happiness and pride to have a woman besides him! That's not weakness, it's strength!

bette vaughan's avatar

and many dedicated followers feel the same way!

Advocatus Planetarius's avatar

No. I don't expect Clif to go into the wilderness with a WiFi connection and eat nothing but locusts and honey. He's a human being. Deal with it.

Content has degraded and is repetitious. The Jerry Springer twist is repulsive. If my boyfriend was dragging me into all his social media in such a prominent way, I would ask him to stop doing it. Rather than recognizing the harm to others as well as to herself, she interjects even more immature drama that indicates a "my way or the highway" mentality. Those that know what that indicates, know. Those that don't know have limited life experience in this arena. I've lost interest...credibility has been diminshed. It's too bad.

John Crookston's avatar

Question, doesn't your computer have an OFF button? It seems to me that if you hit it, all of your complaints will disappear.

Avalanche's avatar

"my way or the highway" mentality"

100% onboard with that! Good on yer Heidi! Draw your boundaries -- and ignore those outside!

IF you whiners don't like what someone ELSE is putting onto the internet.... shoot your computer!!

Given a possibility that Clif's deceased wife may not have had the capacity for interpersonal exchanges or anything other than self-involved caretaking, a thankless job which he performed with diligence and without complaint for years, as nearly as I can grok, criticism of a new-found joy and compatible companionship seems mean-natured. Everyone else wants to be lauded for their little pleasures, so we can afford to live up to the standards we espouse and give him and Heidi some slack for having found happiness at a time in life when it is VERY rare. Trust me, I'm 81 and know of what I speak. Clif does not have to explain himself, justify, or anything, and if he wants to hold forth on qualia he and Heidi share as a "teaching moment," who am I - or any of you - to criticize.

From Chinaduh's avatar

Exactly!! Ppl do not understand that when someone who was critically ill finally passes, those left behind are finally free of a loved ones suffering. Also free of a jail of sadness and zero intimacy. You know someone has never been thought this when they bitch about someone daring to love and be loved again. Possibly also jealous of love others have. Here is an idea! Why don't these ppl get out there and start living and meeting other human beings. Maybe they too will find love and stop being so miserable🤣

Lorena Elizabeth's avatar

We also must remember that Clif himself death defied a critical illness! He deserves as much happiness as is available to be had. We're visitors here, and I am kind of shocked people would be so rude. It's his show. He's doing all of this for you. I hope you all get called out the next time he records.

Talin Ra's avatar

FUlly agree, but it's bad taste to constantly brag about it,

Avalanche's avatar

He's not bragging -- he's CELEBRATING HIS JOY! He's had so little flat-out JOY caring for his beloved wife as she declined and died, that he's sharing his delight and happiness!!

Go Clif GO!!! Those of us WITHOUT such joy are living vicariously through your pleasure!!

For those of you complaining or unhappy: recognize your jealousy and sinking sense of "what *I* don't have" (at the moment?) and if you can't APPLAUD Clif's joy; then SHUT UP and focus on filling YOUR emptiness!

If you've never been a caretaker for a loved one, SHUT THE F. UP!! You have NO idea!!

Talin Ra's avatar

i stand by my statement

just because you live vicarously through clif, doesn't mean the rest of us do

John Crookston's avatar

here is the "how". it's much more efficient than the method others have planned and this is the only set of Assemblies that have true authority.

David Strait is a psyop, but he wasn't able to be made aware of that fact before he died. he was a U.S. Citizen (15USC4724(e)(1)(A)) until the end. "War Castles" and Gould are a Private Membership Organization. There are a lot of liars out there, so research thoroughly. i bring you this gift after searching this matter out diligently since 2012 after i partook of Occupy Wall Street's investigations, audits and information gathering to seek redress of grievance (which ultimately didn't happen because we didn't understand that the problem is Banking, because Courts are Banks and Banks are Courts and we the People are truly sovereign and can form our own courts, thus this link above - we need to build our courts and finish our Global Family Bank global528.com).

it's been a long hard fight and most have fallen away but the few holding the torch just need more members to step up in good faith and solve this problem by enforcing the sacred instrumentation of Contract Law. they owe us over $1 dectillion (that's 30 zeroes after the first digit) and we are getting it paid through the Prosperity Unions and the Global Family Bank once those open up. we need our courts up to protect the bank. we need more people to set up the courts as we don't have enough for quorum. hurry up and help out.

Te Burt's avatar

There is a novel misnomered "Voyage to Yesteryear." It posits a society termed "rational anarchism." I've always thought it the ultimate achievement of an educated, intelligent species, of which very few examples exist at present. Here. But it has aspects that work in the clueless, fragmented society that could emerge should a catastrophe occur. I recommend it. There's one line involving a robot that cracked me up. Essentially a society of genius are gestated, born and raised by robots who rarely provide answers but ask a lot of questions. Those who felt inclined built a power plant. Others built houses, created a water system, began farming, etc., etc. If someone did not care to work, that was all right. All products were available for the taking. People made what they loved and were good at (although it isn't clear how this expertise in construction would be achieved by manuals and intelligence alone). No gov't. No money. No laws. No crime. Then earth sent a batch of regular people who had lived in a military dictatorship as a matter of necessity. The clash was interesting. I've always found it an interesting exercise to explore how people would organize themselves after a worldwide cataclysm or near-ELE. I've probably read every scifi book on the theme. Well, that was a long time ago. Now the only thing most write is about sorcery, vampires, fantasy and such, which doesn't interest me.

Fritz Freud's avatar

I have not read this book but I heard the title.

Anyhow respectful / responsible Anarchy is what I been proposing for a very long time.

See James Bartley's * excellent * YT channel and his recent interview with Tyler Kiwala, "Time Travel and Alternate Realites" which describes the abilities of Australian aboriginies, the Hopi, etc, to in effect individually tesseract on cue. I He lived among the aborigines for quite a while and speaks from first hand experience of what he saw and experienced. I'm part Choctaw, and grew up around a lot of Navajo culture. So. Resonates for me, and explains how "faster than light travel" has been and should be done (along with silent conversing/ esp, etc).

Fritz Freud's avatar

The Navajo believe in Alien Gods.

Also in WW2 the USA used Navajo as code and codebreajers.

https://fritzfreud.substack.com/p/minority-report-the-invisible-war?utm_source=publication-search

The Aborigines believed this world was sung in existenz.

I do,

Also I was on a walkabout until I found myself.

And when someone does that they go beyond what normal people understand as reality.

AMEDD91CHARLIE's avatar

Many Native American tribes believe in different paths that energy can take. Such as a yellow pollen path, they mention humans as special five finger beings. Do you believe you were lost then found in your walkabout?

Fritz Freud's avatar

I found myself.

In Buddhism the path is ZEN.

But a path only becomes clear if you have a destiny.

I believe I have a destiny.

I have been shown so many strange things and been through hell and back that made me who I am... even thought I am nobody.

I believe life is a walkabout a constant challenge where we face our demons on a daily basis.

We must not give in to become the spiritual warriors that we ought to be.

Respect those who walked the path before us.

And teach the ones that follow the path after us.

That is the path of becoming Human.

And it doesn't end there... it always goes on.

As we speak I am writing the second part of my story.

If you are interested...

We’re in a rapidly changing world. Not the “same old” results or expectations. Anything goes!

Define This's avatar

Obsession obscures focus. Obsession manifests exclusion. Obsession is drama. Obsession is personal. Obsession is influenced by and through its origination. Obsession indicates urgency. Obsession is not a shared experience.

Those who came for the theoretical musings are experiencing resistance to obsession. The lowbrow responses to the resistance intensify the drama and reflect a need to control the obsession. There is way too much drama unfolding within the obsession, and those 'naturals' out there can feel it intensely.

Hey, not complaining, but you might want to "define" what you just said in English. I believe the answer has to be either true or false, and the obvious question was "Do you like it better here or in the summer?

There's a kind of reality check about it all. Real people aren't on TV and real people are weird. Thanks for the refresher definition of event stream: “The continuous manifestation of reality from consciousness that powers our understanding of duration from which we wrongly take the idea of time.”

Burnt Eliot's avatar

Interesting idea.

Similar to (not the same as) Dogen's "The Time Being"

"An ancient buddha said:

For the time being stand on top of the highest peak.

For the time being proceed along the bottom of the deepest ocean.

For the time being three heads and eight arms.

For the time being an eight- or sixteen-foot body.

For the time being a staff or whisk.

For the time being a pillar or lantern.

For the time being the sons of Zhang and Li.

For the time being the earth and sky.

"For the time being" here means time itself is being, and all being is time. A golden sixteen-foot body is time; because it is time, there is the radiant illumination of time. Study it as the twelve hours of the present."Three heads and eight arms" is time; because it is time, it is not separate from the twelve hours of the present. ...."

Read the rest at http://thezensite.com/ZenTeachings/Dogen_Teachings/Uji_Welch.htm

-- -- --

Probably less similar in words but very similar in concept: A summation of Universal Enlightenment from The Lotus Sutra: https://burnteliot.substack.com/p/the-flowering-of-a-wonderful-law

-- -- --

Consistent with Clif's idea that "ontology" is the source of [material?] reality:

"Reality and being are exactly the same thing. The universe is not what it appears to be."

In this case, Reality is like a theater while being is reality's awareness of itself. All existences and experiences arise and subside within being. The one contains the image of many. This appearance of the universe is known in the West as 'absolute relativity,' and in the East as 'nirvana.'

Here is a fanciful depiction using the concept of dreaming:

A couple of nights ago I startled an animal in the bushes - startled me too! I had a brief glimpse of what I thought looked like white stripes (not a zebra) but discounted it as a fox as it raced away the colouring was similar. Then I thought a new chubby tortoiseshell (calico) was in the area. But the stripes must have been a blurry trick in the half light. Last night same place, similar time, didn't see a face but saw it run away in the same direction - I'm convinced it is a badger - short legs (although one of my cats looks like he is a barrel with stumpy legs because of his coat - he's skinny when he's sheared) and a short tail. I'm going out with my camera. Barney the barn owl is back in the fields after a hiatus. So yes, I'm enjoying my wildlife and dusk is a great time to see different things. Just about to go out to put the birds to bed so will go armed with my phone - what's the betting I see nothing!!!!

I have been doing Tai Chi for over 40 years and I have seen it happen so many times that there's no doubt in my mind there's something to it. They literally come in and watch. It is even mentioned in the ancient Chinese texts

Guido's avatar

I once had a Badger living under the tool shed in my back yard. Early in the morning when still dark, the wife would leave for work and the Badger would be on the sidewalk. She would have to back off for a couple minutes until he decided to get on his way. My wife had a garden and always complained about the field Rabbits coming out of the corn field to pillage her vegetables, so I used a pellet pistol and shot the Rabbits and would drop the Rabbit right next to the shed. Badger ate good for years. lol And it made for a great reward for scaring the shit out of my wretched wife #3 at 4:00am.

Peggy Gilmour's avatar

I think I have seen Tanagers nesting near the river. The birds, blue butterflies and the blue dragonflies are coming back now compared to a few years ago. Beverly in Stevensville watches Sandhill cranes, Trumpeter Swans, Blue Herons and Sandhill cranes. Bird watchers reported seeing 53 species of birds in May near Fort Missoula. It's not rare to see Osprey, Bald Eagle and Golden Eagles.

Remember the plant life and rocks have consciousness as well. They 'feel' and observe and interact with each of us. Plants analyze and treat imbalance.

Here is a bird story that you might like. It recounts a series of actual events

https://burnteliot.substack.com/p/the-robin-15

To place the story in context, it was written as an exercise in discerning between knowledge gained indirectly from words (knowing-that words supposedly mean so-and-so), and knowledge gained directly from awareness (knowing-what meaning your life experiences give to everything else you experience).

Did you see the Kilauea fan eruption last night?

Sad that I can only see about one type or shape of "cloud" anymore. Used to like reading the clouds...

The only kind I see anymore is HORSESHIT.

Wake up or die, normie masses. You're an INCREDIBLE liability in our moving forward into a new reality.

Mass events coming soon...

Oh yeah, let me emphasize this MORE. We ALL psychic. Opening up to it is also the way forward.

You have no conception of how rare and valuable this world is.

Are you sure? Armchair general?

I wasn't referring to the Earth or nature, which I LOVE. I was mainly referring to the Technosphere. And all the IDIOTS.

Been a Clif listener for many years. Clif has always been into future forecasting (prophecy) using data bits which is another form of divination. Astrology is a form of divination, Vedic astrology very precisely so. Clif has now got together with someone into divination, and there is potential for a pretty strong team. Not saying she exactly flows the same way Clif goes. But you have a right hand and a left hand both rowing the boat in a certain direction. I understand why Clif would like this, as he has been doing it alone for so long. Long Live Clif, and ignore the blowback.
