The way to get off the roller coaster is to use your intuition.
There is a LOT of disinformation and misinformation out there, even "trusted" sources make mistakes. Read their information and analyze it but also use your intuition for the truth, does the information have the feel of truth to it?
Most people have been raised and indoctrinated(educated?) not to trust their inner feelings and their intuition, most have been told to only rely on outside "authoritative" sources.
If the information makes you feel uncomfortable in the sense of it doesn't make sense and it doesn't "feel" right don't ignore those feelings.

I'll be frank here, when I first ran into Clif's videos about 3 years ago I thought he was a nutjob because of the way he phrased and presented information.

Now I'm still skeptical of the dates and times he drops but his event sequences have generally panned out even if not exactly the way he presented them.

I've also seen the Black Pill artists come on here and other blogs trying to dole out despair and hopelessness, they're so obvious in the fact that they don't offer any solutions, instead they try and come across as a world authority and try to discredit anyone who dares to raise any hope.

So the simple advice is, look inside and listen to your intuition, most of the time humans are correct but don't listen to themselves. I will give an example of an exercise one can do to learn to read your own intuition! Stand barefoot outside on ground or indoors on stone, ceramic, cement or wood floor. Feet should be 12 to 18 " apart. Hands on heart or solar plexus. Close your eyes and ask your higher self to channel a yes/no answer to your question from Source/Creator/God/Universe. If you lose you balance falling/stepping slightly forward, the answer is yes, backwards,the answer is no. Simple and it works. You can use this for food, medicines, etc. Hold the object in your hands against your heart or solar plexus, same methodology, asking if it is good/right for you. Fall forwards, yes, backwards is no. After doing this for months, you will start to intuit answers on your own. Be certain to read information, ingredients etc, because that informs you. 🤗❤️

I've also seen the Black Pill artists come on here and other blogs trying to dole out despair and hopelessness, they're so obvious in the fact that they don't offer any solutions, instead they try and come across as a world authority and try to discredit anyone who dares to raise any hope.
None of what they say makes any logical sense, they present very elaborate explanations and convoluted thinking about why they're right and we're all wrong and will soon be killed for it.
So the simple advice is, look inside and listen to your intuition, most of the time humans are correct but don't listen to themselves. We developed intuition as a survival trait and it's served us for thousands of years to keep us alive, it's only when we disregard that instinct that we suffer the consequences. Look at the stories of people who refused to board a jet when they felt an overwhelming sense of dread they listened to their intuition and changed their minds, and are still alive to tell the tale after the jet crashed.
So listen to yourself and you'll begin to see more clearly through the fog of war.
I will give an example of an exercise one can do to learn to read your own intuition! Stand barefoot outside on ground or indoors on stone, ceramic, cement or wood floor. Feet should be 12 to 18 " apart. Hands on heart or solar plexus. Close your eyes and ask your higher self to channel a yes/no answer to your question from Source/Creator/God/Universe. If you lose you balance falling/stepping slightly forward, the answer is yes, backwards,the answer is no. Simple and it works. You can use this for food, medicines, etc. Hold the object in your hands against your heart or solar plexus, same methodology, asking if it is good/right for you. Fall forwards, yes, backwards is no. After doing this for months, you will start to intuit answers on your own. Be certain to read information, ingredients etc, because that informs you. 🤗❤️
BTW, Clif is right about CBDC, it's not workable, not just in the US but it's failing elsewhere like in Nigeria.
The infrastructure requirements are massive for what they want it to do.
China has their own digital Yuan that they're trying to push, they have been trying for at least 3 years and it's still not being used by a majority of the population.
China has 50x the number of government "security" agents that the US does and it still can't get their system working and they have the full social credit system in place along with digital IDs.
I wouldn't worry about CBDC's because they also won't be accepted in international trade, the BRICS countries recognize it as digital fiat or funny money without any value whatsoever.
If these WEF'ers try to force it down people's throats, they'll be destroying their own financial system along with the damaging the economy until people locally implement a barter and scrip system as found in wartime nations.

I would like to suggest that Cliff and his army of intelligent followers, ( including myself) study Jason Breshears body of work without judgment. We have many pieces left of this puzzle and traps are set at all levels of consciousness. The more we expand our collection of data points, the more clear this becomes. Cliff is exceptionally talented and valuable, but there is much more going on here. No one person can even come close to figuring this out, but the more exceptional bodies of work that we can connect, the closer we all get to something that is going to be beyond our wildest dreams for a percentage of us.
