Natto is fermented soybean and, as you suggest, is well-known Japanese fare. Nattokinase, conversely, is an enzyme extracted from natto. Natto itself has, supposedly, only a limited ability to dissolve blood clots (which, of course, is the issue at hand).
Being a kinase extract, I suspect that the nattokinase will do better at both. But, regardless, Clif High was specifically referring to nattokinase, although the natto would most likely still be better than nothing.

Nattokinase, an enzyme, is effective, according to the esteemed Dr McCullough, at removing spike protein from the body. For the unjabbed, exposure to that protein is likely from ambient shedding from the poisoned, whose bodies are spike protein factories.
I’m not sure the protocol recommended for the unjabbed, i plan to take a 5-day course twice a year as i am not hugging a bunch of sadly indoctrinated relatives. I have a new family of a few million lucky ones.
Lumbrokinase, also a fibrolinic enzyme, is 30X stronger than nattokinase. I took it, along with serrapeptase, for a nasty DVT (Blood clot)... and it dissolved the clot in 2.5 months... I did not use the poison Eliquis.
These enzymes, including nattokinase, are extremely beneficial in many ways and should be researched... and taken, IMO, much more than a 5-day course 2X/year.

I think that video is a bit over the top... as I have been on Ivermectin for 7 months, 8 days straight then once every 2 weeks since... and I have regularly taken K2/Mk-7, which is a relative of natto... and the only problems I MIGHT have had is the ivermectin not being as protective... I am just getting over my 2nd bad cold in 6 weeks... btw, green tea is out too, same reason as quercetin and K2... and I had been drinking it daily...
I did look up some other articles and, in fact, PGP inhibitors should not be taken with Ivermectin... though I doubt it would kill or seriously damage anyone... but why chance it? I didn't take quercetin anymore than a few times, Rutin too... stopped as they made me feel crappy... so maybe that supplement is much more problematic?
I've been on iver for a year as well. When I have a cold I determine it is bacterial, not viral, which is why the iver isn't successful. I add Grapefruitseed Extract 250mg by nutribiotic as a natural anti-bacterial and that generally resolves cold within a day.

I wish I did. That is why I checked Dr. Mercola's site. I trust his supplements. Dr. M used to recommend eating natto which is available in Japanese specialty food stores. I have never tasted it but many say you have to develop a taste for it - in other words, it does not have a pleasant taste.

Dr. M's supplements are good... but radically OVER-priced. No, natto does not have enough nattokinase in it to do you any good for spike protein problems. Yes, natto tastes terrible... nattokinase does not.
100mg of nattokinase is a standard dose (2,000 FU's)... most do not recommend exceeding it, at least for very long.

I link that article because Sayer is a solid, non-woke naturopath and all those articles give you a solid understanding behind why Clif recommends it. Its useful for a lot more than just dealing with the spike proteins. To be effective you have to take it on a empty stomach, I typically go to bed hungry so that's my ideal time. But if you consume Pure Sleep before bed that'll be at odds with the use of nattokinase, so however you manage your consumption, it needs to be on a empty stomach with a good 2 hours of nothing more than coffee/water/tea/etc to follow.
I looked on Dr. Mercola's website to see if he was selling a Nattokinase supplement. The only thing that came up were blood pressure pills. Makes sense because Sayer connects it with blood pressure too. What does blood pressure have to do with spike proteins??? Many supplement companies sell Nattokinase pills but which ones can you trust?
What brand? I personally buy a number of supplements from Doublewood on AMZ, all their products are 3rd party lab verified. And I can vouch for the ones I take compared to others having tangible results. Natto is fermented soybean and, as you suggest, is well-known Japanese fare. Nattokinase, conversely, is an enzyme extracted from natto. Natto itself has, supposedly, only a limited ability to dissolve blood clots (which, of course, is the issue at hand).
I thought the issue at hand was the get rid of the spike proteins, not the damage that they can do.
Being a kinase extract, I suspect that the nattokinase will do better at both. But, regardless, Clif High was specifically referring to nattokinase, although the natto would most likely still be better than nothing.

Thanks! I guess I'll just stick with Eagles, maple leafs and Krugerrands... for now! I did get some one ounce Pandas... I thought they would have gone up more by now as they are no longer made...
Would you prioritize one over other? Looking at a "various coins" package, but maybe eagles first would be smarter?
US Silver Eagles will always be preferred here in the US... but, IMO, all government issued one ounce coins are just fine, I have Maple Leafs and Krugerrands too. I would avoid generic rounds, though 100 oz bars are fine, if from a reputable place...
