Enter through your breath and stay aware/ awake. Marvelous wonders will emerge. Practice is necessary. It is not easy.
I learned how to meditate in the early 1990s when I took a course in the Silva Method. I was able to do it for a while but fell out of it. I tried guided meditations and other methods, even tried getting back into Silva, but cannot focus and concentrate enough to do it. My head is so heavy and thick with brain fog that the ability is not there anymore.
My vegan years got rather foggy especially mid-afternoon. Began using sugar and caffeine as fog-fuel. Returned to eating some eggs/dairy and *poof* fog goneski! Be well.
I was a vegetarian in high school. Worst thing I did. Grades slipped. No energy. I'm big on eggs and dairy and have been for some time. It keeps me in shape but it doesn't help with the brain fog.
Clif also mentioned you should supplement with copper after taking it, because it also removes copper from your system along with aluminum (liver is high in copper BTW, so hopefully you like liver & onions, I like it with bacon myself heheh).
I tried silica water for several months and felt no positive effects from it. I get copper in my daily vitamin, and I do have 4 oz. of liver 1X/week (I use an adobo seasoning which is pretty spicy). I have to watch the iron intake, though, as I have hemachromatosis. I supplement with a couple of things that chelate iron, but will also chelate copper --- as well as harmful chemicals.
I don't think there's any harm in regular silica water use, but I like to take breaks from all supplements (except cilantro, which I consider a medicine/food, as it causes mild oral chelation).

There are other chelaters as well...IP6, Coffee, tea. I use that for chelation of iron, but they will also chelate other minerals and metals.
