WOW. 100 lbs. That's about what I have to lose still,....how did you change your diet? Was that back during the Atkins time? I'm curious because I have kind of gotten Stuck. I lost 70 lbs. But still have 100 plus to lose. Did you do anything different from what I'm doing? That's why I'm asking. :)
I can't do that. I really don't like meat much. Only meat I eat is grass fed/finished ground beef and bratwurst sausages. I eat tomatoes, green beans from my garden. I will eat potatoes after we harvest them.....I want to grow my own food as much as possible. I can't grow cows. And our only grass fed rancher here just closed up shop and sold off his cows. Sad. His meat was very good! We do have egg laying hens that get the best food possible. So, I eat 2 eggs every day too.
I lost 80 lbs back in 2019 following keto diet. I was 215 lbs. and reached my goal of 135 lbs. I now only eat once a day (lunch) and drink water/teas throughout the day. I also do intermittent fasting daily for 16-17 hours. It took me about a year and a half, losing 1-2 lbs. per week. Have to do it slowly and be patient! That's hard to do! I have dessert once a week including special occasions, go out for a meal and just enjoy myself with my husband. I also exercise 4-5 days a week (exercise bike, Body Groove dance, balancing/stretching exercises and dumbbells for my arms). I'm 68 and never felt better! Good Luck!!

I'm very frustrated. I use my NuStep 5 days a week....and do stretch bands for my arms. Muscles are coming too. But being in a wheelchair I can't just go Walking for hours like I used to.
