Time only exists because humans needed to separate Light from Dark. In the unobstructed universe there are no time constraints. We have been taught this nonsense. Time Travel is traveling the universal energetic fields. We all "Time travel" constantly, from point A to Z or whatever and wherever we move on this earth journey. Once the mind realizes it is not in a prison, and can either be in a body or not, it will remember its origin. As long as we are controlled by society and science, our ability to be free will elude us.

Your proposition assumes that future time travelers don’t visit us present day and contaminate our tech status quo with future tech. Essentially leap frogging decades or millennia of development. We seem to be in a time of many converging forces. Future generations (time travelers) may see this time as an opportunity to change the futures direction.
It's all about frequencies. Every planet has a frequency, and every historical event or place in time has a frequency. The interstellars use these two coordinates and MATCH their frequency to that in order to time travel. The only other way is through portals which may take you some place you don't want to go (unless they are artificially created with a specific destination).
Consciousness is nonlocal, and the space-time continuum is incompletely described by Einstein. Remote viewing, reading the Akashic record, and the experimental work requiring large amounts of energy that Tesla, and the Germans did before, during, and after after WWII, like the Nazis bell which used torsion physics, are all different aspects of time travel.
Patanali writes in his Yoga Aphorism that with perfected Consciousness one can time travel. The Yogi can also be in two places at one time. Sounds crazy but is true.
I think the problem is a perception one. If we think reality is solid then we need machines. If we on the other hand approach time travel from a metaphysical perspective time travel is possible but it requires real training and becoming present. There are places and times in this planet where the veil between us and other realms is thin. A lot of what happens to us is a problem of perception and accepting indoctrination blindly

I've been a crystal aficionado for decades, but never seen anything like it. The first time I saw them, I was hit with the feeling that the light moves so fast within them. I'm also studying time crystal research, and I'm wondering if there is a connection. Of course, I could entertain for hours showing all the wonders I've found this last year. Has greatly increased my understanding by blowing my mind. Curiouser and curiouser!
