Heard about that, that's not the case in Austria. We have a population of approx. 9 Mil. and at least 100.000 immigrants per year. So there is a net gain of 1-1.5% in the system on a yearly base. Imagine what this means over 5-10 years. You bring down a society with that.
Over the last months the hospitals almost crashed allover the country not only in Vienna. If you go to an ambulance you may excpect waiting times of 8 hours. If you are an immigrant and don't speak German you get an interrpeter. As the interpreter gets payed by the government for every hour waiting, there are fast lanes for people only speaking Farsi or Arabic.
