I tried being a vegan after lots of research and my health began declining to a point where my chiropractor suggested I get a can of responsibly caught tuna and eat half of it. I did, and felt immediately better. We concluded I needed certain nutrients that are missing in plants. So I eat animal flesh to stay alive. I still consume a lot more fruits and veggies though. It literally isn't for everyone.
Have read that a body starved of nutritional foods begins to feed off itself- deteriorating the muscles- of which the brain is, supposedly. And the heart. So they are probably slowly causing their own death, as well as literally losing ther "mind"- their bodies are turning in to mush and their brains becoming zombified. Don't know if that is 100% true but I will eat big juicy, fatty, greasy, tallowy slabs and chunks of beef and pork as often as I can afford to.

I have been accused of being too forth right or blunt. I blame some of that on being a women from New Yorker living in CA. Oh malarky. Ive been a vegan for so long and all i know is how i feel. Of course, veganism isnt for everyone.
I tried being a vegan after lots of research and my health began declining to a point where my chiropractor suggested I get a can of responsibly caught tuna and eat half of it. I did, and felt immediately better. We concluded I needed certain nutrients that are missing in plants. So I eat animal flesh to stay alive. I still consume a lot more fruits and veggies though. It literally isn't for everyone.
Have read that a body starved of nutritional foods begins to feed off itself- deteriorating the muscles- of which the brain is, supposedly. And the heart. So they are probably slowly causing their own death, as well as literally losing ther "mind"- their bodies are turning in to mush and their brains becoming zombified. Don't know if that is 100% true but I will eat big juicy, fatty, greasy, tallowy slabs and chunks of beef and pork as often as I can afford to.
