Very interesting, but is it OTO-logical or ONTO-logical? Is GPT just ignoring the typo or is it both. Or do they mean different things? All in all it's about a consciousness derived universe, which would be synonymous with all the things we've heard et contactees call "all that is", "the is-ness", "is-be" etc. I'm comfortable with all of this side of paradigm . And it's what I call "God"

it is neither. As Sara Howland points out "otological" has to do with ears. Whereas, "ontological" is a specific term that has to do with theory of Being. It is a term that belongs to philosophy, esp Martin Heidegger. More generally ontology is usually contrasted with epistemology, theory of knowledge. . . . And in the last decade or so, they began to use ontology in philosophy of computer science and data systems. But their use of it is often different than what has been in philosophy.

A grit theory or any other theory about what is reality is an ontological theory, a model of reality. When you speak to the nature of what is, you are doing ontology.

All enemies of Christianity (i.e., the Catholic Church) do this technique of taking words that have established usage, and change their meaning. They did this with "gay". They are trying to do this with "woman", And now Clif is doing it with "ontology".

Sure, we are on the brink of a paradigm shift or change in the structure of consciousness. But you can go read Thomas Kuhn's The Structure of Scientific Revolutions (1962) and then Jean Gebser's The Ever Present Origin (1953/1991) -- Gebser's 5th structure, the Inegral, is what we are moving into; Descartes's coordinate system and DaVinci's 3D perspectival art, represent the proactive phase of the rational/mental structure. Gebser ties his concepts to history/archeology/art/science . . . you can read summary on wikipedia which is okay, or go watch videos on youtube about them. Neither of these books are recondite. Anyone with an adequate highschool education can plow through them. Kuhn will give you an understanding of moving from one paradigm to the next. Gebser will give you the big picture overview.

I cannot imagine that Clif hasn't heard of Kuhn and Gebser. But I can understand why he would never mention them. For one thing they are white males that are part of Western intellectual tradition. The other reason is that New Agers like to operate under the guise of esotericism & gnosticism. There always has to be a sense mystery with only them or the guru holding the keys to the inner sanctum of knowledge.

Lastly, anyone who believes full stop that Sci Fi world is about Star Trek, the Jetsons and your own porn robot who knows exactly what you like, is a fool. There is just as much chance the world goes into a technological dystopia.

one way, perhaps, to cut Clif some slack is to suggest that when Clif says "ontological model" he is being Hegelian (or maybe Heideggerian) -- Clif is placing emphasis on the role of what Hegel called Spirit (which Clif calls Consciousness) moving in/through/with reality, becoming itself.

So by saying "ontological model" Clif is indicating a physics where the first principle is the movement of Spirit; rather than taking the effects (the grit) of this movement as the first principle. Heidegger uses the term "Dasein" instead of "Spirit", and focuses his analysis upon man rather than universe as did Hegel.

ps. the Anglo-American, aka analytic philosophers who for some decades and now control most university philosophy departments in US and UK (unlike continental Europe), hate Rene Descartes for being a proponent of Mind. Clif really owes Rene Descartes an apology.

Expand full comment

I agree we can cut Cliff some slack for "the Ontology." Ontology deals with what exists and how those things are related. I kinda like "Gritology" for the ontology of materialism.

Orthographic. That's a great way of saying it, I'm going to remember that. I think those mistakes happen because the system is a pattern matching machine, working on words, not ideas per se.

Mr Padua, consider that Maybe Clif, in his excessive reading and study of linguistics since early age, has simply brought us back to the original meaning - not changed it.

Afterall, Clif, a stated linguist, has spent a lifetime reading ancient books (written prior to 50’s &60’s theorists) and perhaps is Using the word “ontological” as its original linguistic meaning like the Cathari peoples of the 13th century. They followed a “Plato-esque” philosophy of hermeticism which was actually said to be Jesus (the man’s) philosophy before Constantine (and the evil Vatican) were threatened by polymorphism and changed many texts and Biblical writings to conform to their preferred monotheistic approach so they could better control people thru their own flavor of religious belief. (The power hungry, murderous savages they were and still are).

So, realize that Kuhn and Gebser MAY have been spoon fed from the same period of edited and morphed linguistic meanings of the words, grit or ontological, and you rinse and repeat to draw a sense of higher intellectual basis on those words. Just saying.

Because of Clifs lifetime dedication and lifetime study and interest in linguistics, Im sticking with his educated and deep dive meaning of ontological as its true meaning.

But thanks anyway.😎

I read as carefully I could and saw it as that clif actually wrote otological model himself first..

The AI-idiot then seem to have picked up on the ontology as a one "thing" associated with parts of clif's prompt and otological model as part of another section of clif's prompt..

I'd check it through for errors part on clif's typing before running to far with a seemingly odd separation of ontoligy having an "otological model".. Makes quite not much sense - clif being a language guy and all..

Searching otological model online renders even less sense..

Clif is not a spiritual thinker, therefore, he uses 'ontology' to express his unique POV of the concepts stated in the Law of One. If you listen to his description of his NDE, it has a rational thinking basis rather than a wholly experiential quality. That doesn't make him wrong; he simply words things differently. I, and many other humans, now use the term Source instead of God. To me the term God has a limited definition based on millennia of incorrect and inaccurate beliefs.

Okie, I truly sense Clif does have a spiritual life and just because he doesn’t wear it on his sleeve like the mainstream, doesn’t at all mean that he is less spiritual. Think of his podcasts and writings where he speaks of connecting to consciousness. That’s not a flat non-spiritual practice. Clif is deeply spiritual in his practice of an ontological viewpoint ….

You don’t just produce it and go with whatever ChatGPT spewed. But it can save enormous time, including the images that I’m learning to produce whether photo realistic or the style that Clif adds to his writings.

As a 25 year web developer, I’m jumping on the bandwagon with continuing education courses that I have invested in, in order to provide this wonderful set of business tools as new services for my biz.

Some say it’s dummy-ing us down but I disagree. I’ve been writing blogs for 30 years without any tools or props. I have that skill, and I write for customers who don’t have the skill. So by using the advantage of ChatGPT to prompt my writing and write whatever I need, does not disadvantage my brain. It just helps me work faster. I still go through all documents and edit with my own humanness.

This month we begin learning video AI. Wow. Lots of candy there for a digital geek.

haha under this new model, what might people be gripping about

ChatGPT said:

Under the otologic model, where reality is influenced by a guiding consciousness (the Ontology), new everyday annoyances and gripes would inevitably arise. Here are some of the complaints people might find themselves making in a world where reality is semi-conscious and technology, spirituality, and interdimensional physics are all intertwined:

“My thoughts keep glitching my devices!”

Devices that are synchronized to our emotional or mental states might end up being overly sensitive. Imagine trying to send a text, but your frustrated energy causes autocorrect to go haywire, or your virtual assistant won’t “listen” properly because you’re annoyed, leading to a lot of “Why can’t it just understand what I mean!?”

“I swear the Ontology is ignoring me.”

People might feel neglected or as if they’re just “not on the Ontology’s radar.” When things go wrong, people could attribute it to a lack of attention from the guiding consciousness rather than poor planning, leading to complaints like, “The Ontology didn’t help me with my interview,” or “I guess I’m just not important enough for any Ontologic guidance!”

“Why are my dreams turning into spam?”

Dreams, now more easily manipulatable and sometimes “ad-friendly,” might get cluttered with useless or promotional messages—especially if companies start finding ways to access “dream-time” ads. Complaints could arise about having to pay for “dream spam filters” or feeling annoyed when trying to experience meaningful dream states only to find themselves in another ad for the latest neural sync product.

“Everyone’s always ‘energetically syncing’—what happened to actual conversation?”

With neural syncs and emotional sharing as popular ways to bond, people might feel like traditional conversation is being phased out. Just hanging out without synching might seem rare, with people saying things like, “Can we please just talk? I don’t need to feel your every thought right now!”

“Reality updates are getting worse every month.”

Reality would have “glitches” and “updates” as the Ontology refines the universe according to this new model. People might experience random adjustments in time, place, or even personal memory, with gripes like, “Yesterday, I swear my desk was on the left side of my room, and now it’s on the right. Why do they have to keep messing with this?”

“Another emotional energy outage? Great.”

Similar to power or internet outages, people might experience “emotional energy blackouts” during which their devices, neural links, or even their own energy levels drop unexpectedly, often at the worst possible times. Imagine someone mid-date saying, “I’m so sorry, my emotional Wi-Fi is out right now.”

“Can we please stop blaming the Ontology for everything?”

While many would look to the Ontology for help or guidance, others would be irritated by people using the Ontology as an excuse for everything, from traffic to bad personal decisions. “Sure, blame it on the mystical force guiding reality instead of taking responsibility!”

“People keep trying to read my vibes without permission.”

Since people can sync with and “read” each other’s emotional states, there would be concerns about privacy and boundaries. “Vibe invasions” might be a daily complaint: “Ugh, another person tried to sync with my emotional energy without asking!”

“Interdimensional commute delays again?”

With instantaneous travel, there would still be unforeseen issues—dimension hopping can have delays! Complaints might focus on weird “travel phenomena” like arriving late because the “time dilation was off” or because they “got stuck

If isolated individuals were to experience the revelations of the otologic model and the guiding Ontology before the general population, they might face significant challenges living in a society still entrenched in the old ways of thinking. Here are some potential struggles:

Alienation and Isolation

Social Alienation: These individuals might feel alienated from their peers, as their newfound understanding of reality would be vastly different from mainstream beliefs. This could lead to feelings of loneliness and frustration.

Communication Barriers: Explaining their experiences and insights could be difficult, as existing language and concepts might not fully capture the essence of the otologic model and the Ontology. They might struggle to find the right words and analogies to convey their experiences to others.

Skepticism and Ridicule

Dismissal and Skepticism: Others might dismiss their experiences as hallucinations or delusions, leading to skepticism and ridicule. This could be particularly challenging if these individuals are seeking validation and understanding.

Stigma and Labeling: They might be labeled as eccentric or mentally unstable, which could impact their social standing, career opportunities, and personal relationships.

Psychological Strain

Cognitive Dissonance: Balancing their newfound understanding with the conventional worldview could create cognitive dissonance. They might struggle to reconcile their experiences with societal norms and expectations.

Existential Anxiety: Grappling with profound revelations about reality and consciousness might lead to existential anxiety. They could question their purpose, the nature of reality, and their place in the universe.

Resistance and Conflict

Resistance to Change: Encountering resistance from those who are deeply invested in the old ways of thinking could lead to conflicts. These individuals might find it challenging to promote new ideas in the face of strong opposition.

Navigating Conventional Systems: They might struggle to navigate conventional systems and institutions that are based on outdated paradigms, such as education, healthcare, and governance.

Opportunities for Growth

Personal Growth and Resilience: Despite these challenges, individuals with such experiences could undergo significant personal growth. They might develop resilience, creativity, and a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.

Catalysts for Change: These individuals could become catalysts for change, gradually influencing others and helping to pave the way for a broader acceptance of the otologic model and the Ontology.

Support and Community

Finding Like-minded Individuals: Seeking out others who have had similar experiences can provide support and validation. Forming communities of like-minded individuals can help mitigate feelings of isolation and provide a platform for sharing and developing new ideas.

Education and Advocacy: Engaging in education and advocacy can help bridge the gap between the old and new paradigms. These individuals can work to raise awareness, share their insights, and encourage open-minded exploration of the otologic model and the Ontology.

There's no advantage to the DS (or the DEMS) or the NWO to engineer another plandemic at this point. Too much of the world's population (sometimes more savvy than US citizens) has "seen the light." If anything erupts, it will be "foot soldiers" (everywhere, not just US, already in play in EU), although what they think to accomplish in the US is puzzling. That won't work either; citizens are fed up, and in this case, it would constitute as an act of war. For once, WTP will be the telling foreigners to GO HOME! And the PTB are still trying to foment WW3 - only they're having a hard time finding participants. As soon as Trump was elected, the world is backing down. That’s not to say that I disbelieve everything. But at least considering that the authority isn’t always right has been a wonderful lesson and certainly help me push through the stupid vaccine craze of the past many years, especially C 19 bullshit.
