I had twisted my left knee badly and the results led to inflammation and lots of pain. I started taking supplements that are recommended for damage to the joint areas and they helped somewhat but I still was limping when I walked and the pain woke me up at night. Then I was listening to your Substack and you mentioned that silica must be added because it’s hard to get silica in your diet and as you age you use the silica that is stored in your body. As I am 71 years old that store of silica must be depleted. Since adding the silica the pain has gone away and I can walk and jog with no pain. This took about 6 weeks. Thanks so much Clif!

Horsetail tea is good for that, has lots of silica. If you find herbs containing what you need you can't go wrong.

Margaret Treis's avatar

You can also buy horsetail in capsules. Warning though, over time it will make your nails, both fingernails and toenails, thick. But it's good for a lot of stuff. Here's what it's supposed to do besides thickening nails: pain relief, prevention of Altzheimers, removes aluminum from the brain, bone healing, alternative to collagen, arthritis and knee pain, helps gum health, skin and hair health. It's cheap too.

There is no audio quality playback adjustment on Substacks player. It might be high bitrate and would be sluggish to load or play if the wifi signal you are using is too weak or too slow, or has several different devices usurping the bandwidth. Smart TV using wifi? Thermostat, water heater, fridge, toaster or vacuum cleaner think they are smart and using your wifi? Cell phone hooked to wifi? PC using wifi? Shut everything down that is using wifi and it might play better. This may not be THE problem, but is a possible source of the issue.

had plenty of comments.

The notification came to the inbox on the 27th for a new post,

03/27/2025: Housing, currency, Money & Aliens. Road trip discussion of near term emergence: https://clifhigh.substack.com/p/housing-currency-money-and-aliens

I clicked. It took me to the exact same audio as the one on the 26th, but comments all missing. Odd. I pasted in the url from the post on the 26th and it took me directly to the post on the 27th with missing comments.

Then I noticed that the url for the 26th and 27th were identical, as were the titles. Well, mostly identical, but not entirely. .

That is the most clever and powerful comma I have seen lately. Perhaps it may have been a shot across the bow, for those negative Nancy's commenting ?? The silent but Booming "ENOUGH !!" ??

Or perhaps an accidental mouse click or three ?? Hahaha

Cliff, you have to cycle your aminos. I mean during the day take them and at night take 3 sodium bicarbonate tablets to neutralize the acid, alkalize the body and fortify the kidneys. Do this each night. This will help preserve your kidneys and liver.

https://journals.lww.com/cjasn/fulltext/2024/08000/sodium_bicarbonate_treatment_and_clinical_outcomes.7.aspx

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8665881/

I also use, raspberry ketones, acetly L-carnitine/ fish oil, taurine, D-ribose and methylated vitamins ONLY. Also B1 and CoQ10 for the heart. I buy powders and capsules and compound all of my own vitamins and supplements. BCCA's for the muscles and DHEA 100mg 5X a week. Also I use 500 mg of niacin daily and a swig of methylene blue.

I only bring this up to help anyone new to dowsing or muscle testing to avoid the inherent problems of these practices . Dowsing can be interfered with by outside influences. Muscle testing when done correctly can be used to avoid this interference. Dowsing unlike muscle testing is a divination practice. Kinesiology / muscle testing is not. It's a tool that's available to some humans that can access truth vs. un-truth. An advanced form of muscle testing called "Coherence Verification," which is used to calibrate consciousness levels is necessary to attain accuracy. Clif High's ontology approach combined with correct muscle testing verification may be a good practice for those interested.

The one thing I did pick up from your conversation in a previous audio was the discussion of amino‘s, and I know I’m not getting all my amino acids and so I found a really high-quality source and have ordered them and looking forward to my body being able to then use them without having to take it out of the food

People have to learn 'THAT" they have the Power to Self Heal. They have to learn to feel, and not run to doctors at the drop of a hat. They have to learn that NOBODY ELSE can FEEL INSIDE OF THEM NOR FEEL THEIR PAIN; and cognize that taking pain meds is worse because it prevents them from feeling into what they need to focus on. And all the friggin tools and machine's that've been invented are only helpful to (perhaps) see inside a little better, but doctors are not magicians and never will be.

And I don't care how "smart" or "intelligent" or "intellectual" or even "spiritual" they think they are -- THEY DON'T or more probably CANNOT or are NOT ABLE to FEEL-INtuit anything regarding their bodies from the SKIN-INWARD. And certainly, couldn't follow anyone else's protocol anyhow BECAUSE OF THEIR SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCE UNDER THEIR SKIN; not to mention they've never developed "those chops" in their brain engram connections to INTERPRET anything their bodies tell them. That's why the mediCULT is so popular, too people can't be bothered taking care of their bodies. They even come to see me (as a reflexologist) and ask: "Can you make ["it"] go away"? It's laughable almost... their level of self neglect for decades is gonna disappear overnight.

But anyway... when people evade/ avoid/ ignore their bodies, OR SOME... WORSE... try to BULLDOZE THEIR WAY THROUGH overcoming an imbalance, rather than nuance their way BACK OUT of what caused it... then they're forfeiting the experience of JOY in path towards learning to TAKE-THEIR-SELF-BACK from their "bad" appetites. Ironally, the world offers plenty of COUNTERFEITS of "joy" and "pleasure" which IS ACTUALLY EATING PEOPLE'S CONSCIOUS LIGHT by manipulating their SENSE ILLUSIONS.

goldensnakegoddess@verizon.net's avatar

Broken bone.. ok, probably. I've saved my toes, and metatarsals plenty of times. Kidney stone? yeah, but we're supposed to watch WHAT WE EAT. That's another important point. And person can pass a kidney stone without DRUGS or hospital care. I'd be sliced, diced, or dead by now if I let a "doctor" do to me what they "thought" was healing. NO WAY. THOSE PEOPLE ARE DEMENTED FOR THE MOST PART.

I fell in an iron tub 12 years ago and smashed my ribcage. I fainted, right lung collapsed. MY HIGHER SELF GUIDED ME TO "Get Up; get up; get up NOW" - IT WAS AN ADMONISHMENT, and then my divinity guided my arm to the towel rack and pulled my body up. I would've died. I WAS ALONE.. and it was my I-Self which saved "my me body." Doctors can't do anything about ribs. I'd have been $20,000 in debt from an emergency visit and doctor follow up b-s. The PAIN WAS AGONIC, and EXCRUCIATING FOR WEEKS, and the only remedy (to shave off some pain") were baby aspirin. -- There much SELF SURVIVAL PRACTICE TOO VOLUMINOUS TO MENTION HERE, and have already deleted what I did include.

I'm still recovering and've been DOING RATHER WELL. I spend EXTRA care, attention, breathing -- WITH MY CARE-FULLY CHOSEN PHYSICAL GUIDANCE BASED UPON MY LIFE'S exercise practices. This is the POINT.

I studied with a Spiritual Master for several decades; the point being "I am not the body with a name" and my I-Self REAL IDENTITY Guided "me" what to do for my body. The biggest "miracle" is that all my 8 minds participated in 'my' VERY SURVIVAL. And I am the only one I really needed to PROVE that to. WE EACH HAVE SUCH ENORMOUS REAL CONSCIOUS LIGHT POTENTIALS. So sad fear pervades most humans these days. The "ONE" we each seek is WITHIN.

--SELF HEALING WORKS, and this is not the time and place to EX-PLAIN anything. IF ONE SEEKS TO AWAKEN, they Will. Most people do not KNOW, In Real, 'who' or 'what' they are, and what that means IN REAL. It's not make-believe, the SOURCE is KNOW THY SELF and Take REAL RESPONSIBILITY.
