I bought a distiller a few years back when I realized that everything they're spraying on us is going right into the water table, rivers, lakes etc. and then right into our drinking water. At times when they've been spraying heavily there's a half cup of what could only be described as mud sludge left in the bottom of the distiller. If people could only see that they'd never drink tap water again. And an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I have a distiller also but I use what mercola.com recommends for filtering water. It means I do not have to add minerals to my water before I drink it. It is called an ALEXA PURE and is fantastic, easy to set up, less expensive than a distiller, (Which I also got) and I can take it on trips and set up in motels, and any camp sites I happen to be camping in.

I get the CanPrev powder,Magnesium Bisglycinate. You can get it in capsules or liquid too. Magnesium tastes sweet so you can add it to water or juice. Look for brands that certify no additives, no GMO and tested for purity. I'm in Canada so maybe have different brands here.NOW and Organika also have good pure products.

CALM is a product I have used for eons, because I am now eons years old. You can put it directly in bath to absorb it through the skin or drink it and it is great and cheap.
