. . . the point of this thread is 'What is pure' honey and pure specialty honeys and the suggestion is it doesn't exist anymore in the west but there are places where it can come damn close - you're not likely to see those in your local supermarket but their claims are bold ... bare faced liars, actually! eg; Aldi & Lidl here in W.
