Well, I could rephrase my comment to say I am sending Clif and his wife blessings and well-being for the highest and best benevolent good, from ME the spark of the Creator of all that is. Play a little music John, it's uplifting.

IMO if you believe..it is..if not its irrelevant to you. Dont play into the narrative no matter the source. This particular Timeline is all about getting to know and TRUST SELF. Just like the placebo effect, if you believe it will affect you, it will. We are here to learn how to listen to our Own Consciousness and learn to trust it. Ontology!

Ditto. Very well said. I may print it and put it on my desk board. I get sucked into it sometimes, and have to just back out.

Lots of info is available about indoor gardening over the winter. It is still possible to buy organic heirloom seed. Organic hybrid seed my have risk factors. Be rigorous about what you put in your compost pile. I will only put organic or homegrown vegetation in my compost pile. Many municipalities have ordinance about backyard flocks of chickens. I suspect that as the chaos increases, organic feed and people food will be less and less trustworthy. Research flock care and housing for climates similar to yours. Chickens that are treated kindly and knowledgeably are very sociable, and generally live and lay eggs for a longer time.

Crop rotation used to be taught in school. Vegetables extract nitrogen and legumes add nitrogen, so the rotation was one season of vegetables, one season of legumes, one or more seasons fallow.

My Dad owned 3 farms of 100 acres each. He believed in letting the soil lie fallow every 7 years. We never went hungry and grew everything and my Mom canned things down. It was a good life. People don't seem to do much anymore. We had our own milk, cows, horses, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and even fruit trees. My Dad also keep Tumbler pigeons for fun too. Shot Deer, Moose, and went North to spear Whitefish every year.

Yes! Thee are also crops that can be grown to add specific nutrition or characteristics to the soil, or that will protect the vitality of the soil over winter or while injured soil recovers from damage. called cover crops. In addition there is a method called companion planting in which crops can be planted intermixed or next to each other. Their chemistry, protective characteristics, habit or attractiveness to pollinators supports the mutual growth and productivity or each crop. There are several books or homesteader websites that discuss and provide charts to help you match up the plant buddies. The effect is to add vigor, color and greater immune resistance, a very happy community of crops!

Wouldn't be without it! We have a laying flock. The garden feeds the girls, and they feed the garden. The forest gives us leaves ans we feed the forest with wood ash and hens grazing for bugs who leave little love packages wherever they wander. Every once in a while we will think of something new to add to the cycle that also saves work and makes more food.

Excellent advice. I'd like to add that building or buying your own still might be even more advantageous. While we still have internet connectivity, learn how to distill specific liquors.

Also, there is a learning curve in distilling good spirits.

I bought Pure Sleep, yes it does help sleep, however my body is in flight or fight due to fibromyalgia. So things don't have the effect on me that it does others.. I noted that if you leave it too long before you drink it. It's like taking a relaxant. Possibly the magnesium load. I feel it course through my system. I've since made sure I drink it in the given time.

I read an article a few days back from a pharmaceutical investigator. She said that big pharma wasn't scared of his adminstration. We now see why....

I also read that he's U-turned on his promise to RFK re vaccines.

I'm viewing all this from the UK, everything I've read says that the face he prmotes isn't the truth of what he's there for.

I was shocked at the reverence and vehemence of the belief the Americans public has in him (or what we've been shown over here). It's been like watching a bunch of mentally ill people! Or otjerwisetheyre a bunch of people they've paid off to act so.

All the theatrics are wearing....

Look out D.C.! Dilzneyland! Hollywizzle!

On another note, I recall an Ozzy Man Reviews video with some larping wizard facing off against a dozen security in mud and holding his own. It is possible through centering and focus to do just fine in the middle of potential melee. Enjoy oneself even.

So very happy to see a Scott in the comments. I have family in Scotland and I love and adore them deeply. But they won't discuss any of this, or hear none of it. To keep the peace I don't bring it up, including to my husband. Well, he gets crumbs here and there, by accidently on purpose. I'd just be so relieved if they were a bit prepared.

You give me some hope.
