I'm a former soldier. I'd like to ask you, if you have the experience, how the CoC functions in joint civilian-military operations that, for instance, occur during at a proving ground or as part of test phases of an R&D project.
There are situations where such scenarios might arise at facilities such as Groom Lake or White Sands,, a common test site for weapons technologies.
Do you think every single round sent down range, figuratively speaking, is signed off on by high level brass, or is it more likely there are localized installation RSOs, possibly even civies outside the CoC, that are supervising weapons deployment and use as part of the ongoing R&D?
IF you consider such an incident might be a result of a botched test operation by some defense contractor, I submit it's possible that such an "attack" (more like friendly fire) could occur without any recognition or sign-off from the CoC. This is a hypothetical, and might or might not be the true explanation of the incident, but this type of situation has surfaced before.
What would your conclusion be in this scenario if you were made aware that the majority of Lahaina was non-Citizen Chinese? Almost no Hawaiians lived in Lahaina and few White people as well.
Perhaps there is another way to look at this. If the majority of people in that area are actually Chinese, maybe it was Ped0 J0es way of poking the Chinese bear to initiate a shooting war to cover for the economic collapse of both nations.
I tend to think he had no idea whatsoever. This is a military issue imo rather than a political issue. But I suspect it had something to do with biological laboratories and other weapons.
Are you suggesting, ... as a “former soldier” ... (smart,you did not name the branch) and let's for a moment pretend you're Army artillery, ... that you'd go INTO some town or city, set-up and start blasting away, ... oops, ... realize you made a mistake and just destroyed several hundred, or thousand, homes, shops, businesses, stores, motels/hotels, cars/trucks, AND KILLED hundreds (or thousands) of ... men, ... women, ... AND CHILDREN ... and of course NO ONE in the CoC, NOR DID ANY civilian “government” agency, have any idea “why” you just showed up in the town, or city, or asked any questions during set-up or 'sending rounds down range' and that it was ALL "JUST A BIG MISTAKE”, so you'll NEED the Governor, who “KNEW NOTHING” about what was going on, to 'proclaim to the media' that this was just a “natural disaster”, caused by "climate change", have the media 'do their part' by NOT asking any questions ... just PARROT ... what they were told to ... PARROT ..., and for GOD'S SAKE ... HIDE, CLEAN-UP, and COVER OVER all this AS FAST AS POSSIBLE “WITHOUT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY” ...
because it was some how ... “OUTSIDE” the CoC and JUST a misunderstanding in communications?!
